Id like the upper a-arm collars. Its the tube over wich the solid bushings slide. I hope you know what i mean. Otherwise i'll take a picture of it And i could the front wheel bearings but i might aswell buy those new i guess. is the throttle cable for sale? i still have the tors unit. There's probably more i'd like. I'll think about it.

Castrol TTS - Fully Synthetic 2-Cycle Motorcycle Oil <Picture of the old tts cans> <picture of the new tts cans> Extreme protection at maximum RPM! Castrol TTS provides new levels of engine efficiency, with levels of wear protection that exceed the best competitor oils Castrol could find, and exceptional engine cleanliness. This gives reduced fuel consumption, extended engine life and minimized environmental impact, enabling manufacturers to develop smaller engines with even more power for the next century. I use this oil 40:1 usually with 98 octane fuel. I normally use castrol MTX gearbox oil but i think castrol doenst make the mtx oil anymore. <picture of MTX oil>

Thanks big blue, i heared more people say that, but with my limited math knowledge: ------------------------------------------------------ the 6 springs are lined up in a * form so if i line the springs up like this: stock, heavy, heavy, stock, heavy, heavy It should be balanced... i think

I don't know about mixing the springs, we did that and my clutch started slipping very early. the weird part is, it just quit slipping so bad one day too. i'd just use all the stiff springs if you can pull it in. 291873[/snapback] Thanks for the update super88, its already back together 6 springs was seriously heavy. I dont think i would be able to ride it all day. so i mixed the springs 50/50 and it pulls ok now. is it possible to mix the springs like: 4 heavy springs 2 stock springs? I'll write a product review in the near future.. for now it bites hard!

Flywheel lightning is mostly done on the outside. I have a picture of it somewhere: as you can see material is removed around the tabs.

Good find wallrat. One of these engines would be awesome someday. NOTE: You will need a new (non stock) crank!
-
i say lighten flywheel, advance the timing, do shiftstar mod, get carbs and vforce's.

And what's all that about NOT running full synthetic gearbox oil? I run castrol mtx 75w40 something like that.. the box says synthetic. all all kinds of pro 2-stroke stuff. ps.... i burned my clutch so bad it doesnt even move anymore when i put it in gear.... Its hard keeping up with the yfz450's

Lol, The lifetime warrenty must be on their alu- products like the nerfbars and a-arm guards. Haha lifetime warrenty on a clutch... now that would be awesome

Yeah but once again the tusk kits are not in stock. I've been trying to get a tusk set for over 6 months now. Anyone knows a place to get a kit? besides rocky mountain.

Hehe cool There was this one time where ab and me (ab is my riding budy) went back to the forrest, Its a really small forrest but it has a really awesome track in it, we made it ourselfs like 7 years ago in the time we still rode mx bikes. We hadn't been there for like 3 months since it had became a special attention point for the cops. I still cant figure out why, its the most remote place i can think off. its right above the freeway and 3 miles from the nearest house. Ah well so we went there on the quads and hauled some serious ass after cleaning up the track. (dead trees and other stuff). after a few rounds of chassing each other we took a break to rest. Ab was still riding a raptor at the time and had a issue with his starter. it automaticly engaged and kept starting all the time. Turned out to be a damaged wire. But to prevent his starter from damage he disconnected the starting relais underneeth the seat. So we we are sitting there and i hear something behind us. i look around and see 2 guys comming in the forrest dressed like regular civilians on foot, in the blink of my eye i see something like a portable cb and figure.. BAD BUSINESS! While sitting on my seat i crank the shee over which fires up instandly i rev it to the moon open the fuel petcock shift into what i figured to be `1ste gear and launch off... wheels spinning and all and i hear WHAAAAP ... and i'm like WTF! Next thing i know i have this huge mussle man hanging around my neck asking me what i was doing.. i say.. oooh was just going for a spin. Ab never launched since his raptor coulndt start without a connected starter relais. My banshee stalled because: I parked the shee in 5th gear ... turned it off right after the staight in the forrest. i never ever do that.. i always shift back.. but as always... bad luck. Well this storry does have a tail but ill safe it for some other time.

Lol tithead, I'm completely with toomey banshee. It's fun but they WILL have their sweet revenge. Ive been there and done that. And i dont think i'm willing to post all my lawbreaking shit here on the internet. what i will say is i payed dearly for all my lawbreaking actions... hehe i can also say it was all good fun. but to say it was worth the cash would be overdone
