what neil said.. Tors = trothle override system. basicly this sensor feels you have closed the gas. If for whatever reason the sensors in your carbs do not feel the gas is closed the tors system figures something is malfunctioning causing your trothle to stick and kills your ignition. its error prone.. and fails alot, most people disconnect the TORS control box. its located under the left side of your gastank when sitting on the shee. (facing forward ofcourse )

HMM would be nice to drill one of those spark plugs in my t5 Hush kit. hehe aim it straight up Nighty from hell, here to roost ya! WOOSH

Is your carb slide in the right way? and for the left plug beeing like new: try this on the left carb: open the fuel drain screw on the left carb to see if fuel is flowing to that carb If there is no fuel comming out of the overflow tube after opening the drain screw you might have a clogged fuel block. right under the carb bowls.

I'm going to try some G3's as soon as the website is complete. The G3's flow more air according to some flowcharts. Dont think it will mather on a stock non ported engine.

Its just destilized watter with a color in it.. Yes pure watter cools better then 50/50 mixed stuff. And yes watter is bio degradable

t5's, boyeson reed petals, K&N in the box + powerlid on the box with the "precharger/outerware" Currently running 360 mains. @ sea level.

They come lean from the factory. Try the dadog yfz450 page they have lots of good information. But dont do the cam mod since its bullcrap and will destroy your engine.

I could be wrong but: The t4's are exactly the same as the t3's only the t4's where made to fit the a-arm banshees better. I currently have t3's and t5's cant tell you much about the t3's yet since i havent ridden them much yet.

Tors removed, so its not the handbrake. left cylinder not fireing, i would say leaking oil seal on the ignition side (behind the stator) this would lead to sucking "false air" also, Let the bike idle and spray ether around the carbs, if you have any airleaks in your carbs or boots the bike will start reving up. (a leak in the carb could be a lose or stripped carb top) You checked your carbs, as a test you could try to open the fuel drain screwon the left carb to see if fuel is flowing to that carb aswell. I hope this helps.
