Well not really, Lee reviewed one of the earlier versions , I think he reviewed revision/version 2 of the clymer manual. can't find a picture of the cover from revision 2. But thanks anyway

Just bought a clymer manual for the shee on overstock.com Only 17 USD for the 4th edition.. Doesn anyone know if this is a color version? The cover does have a blue banshee on it. Has anyone ever noticed THE "Lee Weeks" reviewed a banshee clymer manual on amazon.com?

Well I know that when the banshee sends out a spark it will send the spark to both sparkplugs. Meaning both plugs fire at the same time, 1 time when pistons are LOW and 1 time when pistons are high both at the same time. The sparkplugs shouldnt have anything to do with your right piston side beeing lean. But trying a new set wouldnt hurt. Are you sure your carb's are setup the same? same size pilots, mainjets. same needle height? When my pickupcoil went bad my banshee showed similar symptoms, but this sounds like something with air/fuel for the right side. Is your fuel petcock flowing o.k? under load your right carb might run out of fuel if the fuel flow is impeded or blocked or whatever.

Toomey pipes + modified airintake setup. and then beeing rich on 1 side (right side) with only 200 mains in the carbs. This sort of adds up to a leaking crank seal. Check out the oil level in your transmission you might be burning up transmission oil, causing the bad looking plug and the sputtering.

Banshee tires look like balloons, round shaped. Raptor tires are more squared. looks better to. The tread looks less cool.

Prob with that rotor stuff is that it wont generate power for lights and all. You must be running a complete rz setup then. since only a flywheel wont work on banshee electrics. Can you comeup with a wire scema for that kx 80 flywheel setup?

Well i don't have any porting yet. But what 23champ describes is ->exactly<- what i have aswell. Besides the hesitation my shee will load up when putting around in 2nd gear with 1/8 throttle. The banshee starts bogging until i throttle up to 3/8 throttle. I'm most certain a 25 pilot can't be too rich. when i go up with my needle the mid to top power is shitty. but the buildup is less noticeable I'm thinking about the cutaway aswell. Oh well basicly i have the same hesitation just before the "pipe" -t5's -K&N in stock airbox + powerlid -boyeson reed petals. -lightend flywheel 360 mains 25 pilot needle on 5th position 1 place back from RICHEST. (dynajet needle) in stock 26mm carbs thats about all i can think of. oh when i install my toomey db killer the buildup in the low throttle positions become worse.

I was wondering about the power difference between a 12 port and a normal (8 port? ) portjob. For a non stroker 350.

I know there is a mod for the flywheel cover. Looks awesome with a plexiglass plate in it. and whats with that kx 80 flywheel stuff?

On a side note, in my early banshee weeks searching for knowledge (and movies) i stumbled acros this site: Good site Looks good, clean. only lacks active members. Go have a look, this site also has lots of service manuals.

My rd/rz 350 did have oil injection. but the oil pump was wacky so i switched to premix.. Did the same with my 70cc scooter / moppet or whatever you guys call em over there.. Removed the oil injection stuff, removed water pump and switched to a lightweight electrical waterpump. Great improvement..
