That was on the exhaust side right? Same thing happened to me, mine looks a lot lot worse. I'm guessing you caught a ring in the exhaust port. Looks like you ran it that way for a little bit with the blow by. Just a little tip. Dont buy a new piston set from NBS distributing, formerly known as Recreation Unlimited. They completely F'd up my order and gave me the runaround and 6 weeks later I gave up and got a cylinder setup from on here.

Or you could just jet your engine correctly. Have never fouled a plug. Even when running it a little rich and riding in a higher gear to save fuel in trails. Just open it up once in a while to clean it up. I change them out every so often before going on big rides and such, and always carry spares......you never know when your buddy on his 250R might need one.

The 28's taperbored to 30's are supposed to be one of the best trail/mx style setups out there. Go to www.lrdperformance.com with the setup they run, any other carb setup will lose power.

Just Got Back From The Motocross Freestyle Games

Dont know where you live in Philly but if you shoot up the 309 to Montgomeryville Cycle center you can get C12 there for 35 a can. It's about 10-15 minutes north of the Montgomeryville mall. I can give you better directions if you want. -
He's a technical advisor for radio shack.......you think he knows about audio.....you should ask him a question about cheap battery powered rc cars.

another easy way to do it is to take a nut that is bigger than the thread for the balljoint and put that inbetween the spindle and nut and tighten it down. It should bring the balljoint down into the spindle far enough that it'll stop spinning. I used an inner race from a bearing but a nut should work as well.

or you could just find a local machine shop and give them your pistons and cylinders and sleeves and they should be able to set you up

I totally agree fixit. I'm tired of higher authorities protecting us from ourselves. Laws should be made to protect people from others, not from themselves. If someone doesnt want to wear their seatbelt or helmet fine, its their own risk. If someone wants to do drugs in the privacy of their own home.....its their own life. I can see laws being made to protect that druggies child from them....but laws are just getting way out of hand. In Pennsylvania here, Ed Rendell initiated a law that all drivers MUST wear seatbelts, and can be pulled over for just that. Before it was if you got pulled over for something else....they could write you a fine for not wearing a seatbelt. And then he goes and revokes the law that you have to wear a helmet to ride a motorcycle......he's just all over the board....nothing makes sense.

if its less than 50kb (you can right click on the picture and check properties to see how big it is) you can post it down at the bottom of your reply page theres a browse button. You can post it in there. Using the Img tag you'll need to host it somewhere. Preferably imagestation. After its all posted on imagestation, click on the picture to bring it up on its own page, use that url, just delete the .orig.jpg or it wont post

That engines gonna shake like a mofo unless they do some major modifications to the counterbalancer.

I'm still partial to the wax/cleaner that honda makes called HondaBrite I believe.

yup, its propelled by a hydraulic system. Kinda like the water pump spins, it spins hydraulic fluid to the front end which spins another gear.

how much you asking for it. What color is it?

I have a set of tripples with rezzies and ride more woods/hillclimbs/some jumping with them and they are 100 times better than stock. I also hear the dual rates are better for mx/bigger jumping. I went riding down at Hatfield-McCoy trails last year with the stock shocks, and this year with the works. Last year I got punished, and couldnt make it up some of the climbs because of how rocky it was and it would bounce me all over the place, get all sideways and I'd have to get off the gas. With the works my body didnt ache as much by the end of the day, and I was a lot more confident hitting climbs because the shocks just soaked up all the rocks, ruts, and everything I could throw at them. I had one guy hit the one rocky hill that has a 440ex with elka's, cause he didnt believe how good the works were, and it was cool as shit to watch the banshee rip up this rock laden hill, front tires hitting rocks and coming up one at a time with the other one still on the ground. I'll have my helmet camera back in action soon and be able to start filming once again.

Drive a recycling truck for BFI/Allied Waste and when I get done that I help out the mechanics/put away parts/anything that needs to be done around the shop.

If your running paddles go with longer to keep the front end down. Sand has gobs of traction with paddles. Us dirt folk need the shorter swingarm. Our stock one every time we add more mods all it does is spin the tires faster.

less rotating mass. Drag axles are wayyy short.

I hate when people have like 30 posts.....and its all in one topic about stupid shit.....take it somewhere else if theres a personal problem. I fuckin hate people that cant recycle properly. We send out things on the proper way to recycle 4 times a year, not to mention a holiday schedule. I tag them when they dont recycle properly with what they are doing wrong......they still do it. Or they correct it for a couple weeks.....and then its back to the same old bullshit. And then I got assholes like today I'm gonna have to deal with that didnt read the holiday schedule....and will come running out of their house waving their hands frantically for me to wait......and then go into the garage....root around for all their recycling.....and come running out with it. Then afterward their like....can you hold on a little longer.....I've got some paper too. Bitch, I got over 1000 stops and I'll be working 12 hours today....and your making me wait so you can go get a bag of paper.....put it out the night before like your supposed to. Dont even get me started on people that cant drive. I'll basically cut it down to, I've found the saying to be true.....women are worse drivers than men, for the most part. Women just cant drive......men can drive.....their just assholes. Oh yeah....and dumbasses that try to pass you on a blind corner or hill. If you wait a minute I'll give you somewhere to pass, but I guess risking your life is less important than being a minute late to work.
