  1. The swingarm definatly doensn't look stock.
  2. Yeah it's called toe out on turns. Cars have pretty much the same thing.
  3. You have to send your clutch cover to get modded to accept the clear cover.
  4. Those plastics are really nice looking. Should of got their carbon fiber platics...those look really badass.
  5. Don't get them chromed. Chrome holds in more heat than bare aluminum. Get them polished instead. It's probably alot cheaper too and in my honest opinion I think polished aluminum looks better than chrome. If your chrome starts to chip that's pretty much it you have to take them and get them re-chromed to fix it. On the other hand if you get a scratch or something in your polished aluminum you just get out the buffer and go to town on it and it will look like new.
  6. I too have a Dyna FS and it's great. You can have timing advance without going in and putting in a new timing plate and adjusting it to what you want. All you do it flick a switch. You can also buy a program and make your own timing curves and download them to the unit.
  7. Did you get the 795 series Wiseco pistons for the long rods? Is you base plate a 4mm or is it 2mm? As for HP it says an additional 10%. Do you have any porting done? Now would be the time to do it.
  8. I got one of the FAST clutch kits. Haven't been able to try it out yet though. From what i've heard it hooks the best.
  9. Awsome. If you do come i'll be driving a '99 silver silverado short bed stepside and my blue and white shee. I should have my rockets on then too so you should notice me.
  10. I just got one of these clutch kits but i'm waiting for my Rockets to get here. Once I get it runnin' i'll put up a review.
  11. I've never had any problems with reading these plugs.
  12. I've been using these for awhile now and they are really good plugs. In fact i've had the same set of plugs in my motor since last May and they haven't fouled or anything. Still runs great like they were brand new.
  13. I would call Jeff and see what he says.
  14. The 35mm setup will do you just fine. Works really well for me.
  15. It has some stuff in it that will eat away aluminum over time I think.
  16. Just curious of what type of chain lube everyone uses. I've tried alot of them but I can't seem to find a really good one. They either sling off or catch dirt. What has worked well for y'all?
  17. Do you have an aftermarket ignition or stock? I had the same problem every once in a while...kinda an on and off problem. I replaced my ignition and it solved the problem. Don't know if it's the same thing with yours but if you had another ignition or something to swap it with to try and see if that helps.
  18. Do you have your e-brake disconnected? Mine did that one time also and that was the problem.
  19. Do a couple of heat cycles at first...warm it up, let it cool, warm it up let it cool, etc. I would do that like 3-4 times then take it out varying the revs not to rev it to high and kinda go through the gears for the first tank. Then at the 2nd tank kinda ride it a little hard gradually moving to full throttle as the tanks empties then at the third...WIDE OPEN...
  20. I that would be the shiznit. I would definatly buy it. Dirtwheels is a god mag but they have nothing about Banshees of any sort in their mags.
  21. Got the same things done crank and bore wise and it comes out to a 379cc. As for horsepower i'm not sure. 70-80ish
  22. Anyone going to or want to go to Little Sahara June 10th-12th. Trying to get some people to head down with us. Just me and my bro and a few of my friends are gonna go so far. Always looking for more people to come...the more the better.
  23. Where are the arrow(s) on the case that you are supposed to line up with the pressure plate arrow for adjustment? Cause I'm not finding any arrows on my case.
  24. I new a guy that was trying to build a scale SBC 350. He made engine molds from foam and cast his own blocks. He mad some little connecting rods with a mill and lathe and last I see he was custom grinding a cam and crank on his lathe. It was pretty bad ass. He said he was thinking it would push maybe 30-40 HP.
  25. Welcome to the HQ Jeff!
