What do you guys expect there a inframe DRAG pipe. My shearers didn't fit the best either. Make sure you leave all the mounts loose while your trying to fit them.

This is cascades shift pro. It is a little pricey for what it is but works well with a modded star.

Ya I've never had any problems with my arms tiring out on long rides with six stiff springs installed. I to am always wrenching and my forearms are pretty stout. But I think as long as ya got a good cable and a decent clutch lever anybody should be able to handle 3 installed.

the screw has a lobe on it kinda like a camshaft, what you want to accomplish with this screw is to make the gaps on the shift star and the shift lever be the same. Make sure you bend the lock washer over on the lock nut when your done!. Maybe someone can be a little more techincal with you or provide pics but this is the best i can do at explaning it for you right now, look in your clymers manual and if you dont have one GET ONE! .040 over pistons would be 65mm, .020 over would be 64.5mm which one is it?

yup my quads been that muddy with the lid off before, if youd like just ditch the snorkel, cut the runners out in the lid and install those vents if ya want, but i think you should be fine with the lid off if your not in water up to the seat lol. Some others will chime in with there opinions im sure, ive never had probs with the lid off. Cody

i will agree with this on a stock ported bike you will lose a ton of lowend with the shearers or cpis, i really like the shearers though and would give up the tiny bit of midrange that they offer over the shearers just for how easy it is to get to the sparkys on the shearers! But if you wanna run the airbox then go with the cpis all the way because there is no way your running the airbox with the shearers!

The airbox with the proflow clamp on and lid off works really well! I rode alot of wet stuff with the lid off and never had any problems, the only reason i ditched my airbox is because the shearers wouldnt fit with the airbox!
