there is a eccentric screw thats purpose is only to adjust shift shaft claw gap, its kinda like a cam lobe, they can get worn. But that will be your adjustment, just remeber to tighten your locknut after you done adjusting it. If this isnt adjusted right the quad will shift like crap. ps. you want both gaps to be equal in distance away from the shift star Cody

give it a little while, you only posted this a couple hours ago, someone will help you. I myself have never installed a chariot head, but im guessing you should figure out where those orings go, i dont understand why you would even try to install it with extra parts still in the bag. Would you start your engine with parts still on the bench? Sorry to sound like a dick, but thats just my opinon, unless he gives ya a couple spares, which i highly doubt! Cody

for anybody else who's thinking about powdercoating there jugs, another option is engine enamel that comes in a spray can, comes in various colors and holds up well. Used it on small block chevys, big block chevys, and banshee engines. Many colors also Not trying to steer anyone away from powdercoating, just another option that works well. Cody

Havnt heard of many flipping the rear wheels, but i have heard of people flipping the front for extra width, but then you will pry get some bump steer.

what fuel are you willing to commit to? What elevation are you at? Whats your compression? I was told by jim at passion to run mine 7 advanced, i asked about the top end and he said i would have all the top end i could ask for with my setup and a little more lowend wouldnt hurt Cody

Dont go assuming that you need a top end already, the filters just may be dirty, and or you may need to do some fine tuning on your carbs. Get a compression tester, new plugs, pull the carbs apart, and clean the filters, also replace fuel filter if your running one and it needs it. Cody
