Depending on the riding you do depends on what kind of air filter you want to run...If you ride trails (assuming you do since you talked of going over rocks) you will want to keep your airbox and not go with the 2 into 1 filter. If you don't have a K & N filter already I highly suggest picking one up, along with some K & N cleaner. Real easy to use and a good investment. If you rode dunes I'd say go with the 2 into 1 filter, but as I said before, trail riders are better off with the airbox; just consider it like insurance for keeping water out... As far as skid plates go, they're a great idea...DG makes a really nice guard and is not too expensive. I've been meaning to get one myself. Hope this helps!

Do you guys run straight engine ice or do you mix it? If you run it straight, what do you use to flush the existing coolant out of there? Reason I ask is because I know the bottle says do not mix with water, and if I flush all the old coolant out there will be water left in the engine to some degree; do you flush the remaining coolant out with the engine ice? How many bottles did you use to fill up your shee? Sorry for all the questions, I just saw this post and had been meaning to ask them....Thanks!!

There was "supposedly" an event where they were gonna let anyone roll pretty much whatever down the 1/4 mile dragstrip and it turns out it was nothing different than the usual test-n-tune on a different night. I called the strip and the guy was like "I refuse to let any ATV race on my track"...freakin polesmoker!!!! NYUK, Dragblaster, what you guys asking for the wheels/tires? I think they just made a simple mistake...putting the wrong picture with the wrong name. Banshee's have always been a "YFZ" like DUNEDEMON said its the model number...also like the rail said, sredish did a post about the whole a YFZ is not just a 450, its the banshee, warrior, 450, etc...I hate it when everyone refers to the new 450's as a YFZ.

I am not at all a "pro" but I think I can help a little...When my shee gets hot I notice a slight drop in performance, (doesn't pull quite as hard) but it is barely noticeable. If you are really worried about overheating, I recommend getting a water temp gauge and maybe an inline cooler to install. I put one on and it works great; let's me know when shee's getting tired and needs a break. Also, if you smell coolant and/or see any leaking, obviously you have a problem... As far as the powerband issue, you should definitely know when you hit it...to me, it feels like the power almost doubles. Depending on the pipes you run and how yours is setup will cause different results in what it feels like. Does yours feel "flat" through the gears? Sputter? What do you feel if anything?

Me too!!! The minute I start sweating I get pissed...why, I have no idea, but it irritates me to no end. I hate it when people stare over my shoulder when I do something, and especially when they start asking me questions about what and why I'm doing it. Wallet's ALWAYS in the back right pocket, keys in the right front, smokes in the left front...back left pocket saved for receipts or any kind of paper. Unfortunately, I feel naked without my cell phone and it really sucks because I hate the freakin thing...never stops ringing. I always put my left shoe on before the right Every time I get in my car, I will NOT put the thing in gear unless it has warmed up for at least a minute; doesn't matter if I'm late or not.

Words can't explain how much I like the hangers Stan (Cotton Eyed Joe) makes!!! They do have a spring in the middle, which helps TREMENDOUSLY to reduce vibration. Also, these hangers gave my T-5's more clearance between the pipe and the frame...They simpky look awesome mounted!! I can post a few pics I have of them on once I get home if you like WELL worth the money, you get bling along with a better riding experience.... oh, by the way, that pic is good but doesn't do them justice...they look so much better in person!!!

My riding buddy has a warrior and he put in a high compression piston, cam, and bigger carb on it along with a timing key and it gave it a really nice gain. He still can't beat me though
