LOL, the bidder in question is "robertterry"... They just might have done that (bidding just to get a little more) which I can honestly understand, it just irritates the snot out of me!!! I'm getting close to the max I can spend on this!! Congrats on the first auction!

How can you tell if there is a "fake" bidder bidding for the seller to try and get more for what they're selling? Is there any "tell tale" signs that point this out? There is the newbie on ebay with no feedback that just signed up about when the auction started outbidding me within like 20 minutes of me bidding higher....maybe I might be wrong and the item is worth more than I'm anticipating but the guy is only bidding a few dollars more every time he's bidding, nothing substantial...Any ideas or help is GREATLY appreciated! THANKS

Just be honest...if you have a charge and you were doing what they wrote, don't fight it...I've learned that honesty is ALWAYS the best policy...actually has steered me clear of a ticket or two.

LMFAO I've done that at least once. Me too...as a matter of fact it was the first time we actually took the banshee out after resurrecting it from the dead. Shee was alive alright, just like Pyro said she didn't care if I was on the back or not, she took off...and ran smack into the front of someone's truck Thankfully there was minimal damage to the shee and only a scratch on the truck's bumper Just respect the shee and it will do you good. I have to agree with Motul...I'm so tired of hearing about the discontinuation of two stroke sales, there is nothing wrong with 4 strokes...Every one of you that has a car has a 4 stroke!! (If you wanna use that phrase about the 4 strokes, tampons, and pussies, go ahead and call yourself one, unless you don't drive) Yeah, I love my banshee but I'm not gonna whine and cry like a baby when they stop manufacturing them...that's just really retarded As far as the reason that 4 strokes are far more common is like said before, the emissions put off by two strokes irritate the tree huggers and they need a reason to bitch about something. Besides that, 4 strokes are easier to predict (power wise) which can obviously be more enticing (sp) to the "typical" consumer...You have to take into consideration that the dealers are going to make what appeals to the media first and then the "typical" consumer. They're in this to make money...and if it takes them stopping the production of two stroke four wheelers then they'll do it...bottom line Just my .02

When was the last time you cleaned your carbs? Maybe something is in there obstructing the jets...I'd also check your coil and plug wire caps. Put the back end on a jack stand and spin your rear wheels with your hand...look at the rotor while it's spinning and if it wobbles, it's bent.

Here's what I'd do....I use this stuff for my car called Meguiars paint cleaner, works REAL good for removing overspray, oxidation, any contaminants, etc...I'd take that stuff and and a rag and scrub the shit out of the pipes. I'd be willing to bet it would get a large majority of that nastiness off of them. You could follow up with a Mothers polish as well, see where it gets you. I'd at least try and get what I could off of them before getting them coated; you never know with a little elbow grease you might be able to get them looking pretty good!

I agree...there's not a "whole" lot you can buy quad wise for 1,200. Maybe a used dirtbike but not sure where to tell you to go...Is the banshee not cool enough for you?

I had the same problem and I had to go up one size on the pilot jet. I'd give that a shot first before tearing too far into it.

Did you rejet to accomodate for all of the new upgrades? If it was stock beforehand and you put all these mods on you are definitely due for a jetting change.

Two words..."ratchet straps" I seriously doubt you'll be able to get scratches out of the finish on the plastics, unless they are really fine.
