  1. bah the silencers fit perfectly but pipes hit on the left side at the frame near the bolt and likes to hit the frame right there.
  2. with pods i would saiy 3clip 30pilot 320-330 main your some where between 243 feet and 1253feet. Better to start rich.
  3. put it quiet simply the sslides thems selfs have a lip iwhere they meet to bottom of the carb 2 ears. ANd it iwith the idles screws not touchiing the slides at all. this is with the cable removed.. yah it also idles kind of high with no idle screw so i figured it was the massive wear on the slides. any ideas?
  4. A friend just got some used 28pwk keihins off flee bay. The carbs look like there in realy good shape. All but the slides they seem to show quiet abit of wear on them. and it seems to act as if theres a air leak but none on the boot or at the reeds. could this be cause by the wear on the slides? if so Would replacing the sildes fix the problem or are the carbs junk?
  5. louie at twister will set yah all straight..... And thats all there is 2 it
  6. OVer here on the west coast your talking 5-6k for that 4.2k and it would probly be sold with in a week if 2
  7. this statement is so true. a banshee with .70 overbore with 120 psi and a banshee with stock bore at 120 psi for one is something yah can't compare each other 2. for the simple fact yamaha has suck sucky castings of those jugs it's not funny!. but if the cases were exactly the same the .70bore bike would product a little more power not to much but a little
  8. I so agree with that. THere is nothing like that arm braking snap of the powerband. Banshee all the way for the sand. Thats all she will ever see.
  9. Either better front braking which is a major plus for those that use the fronts. or better handling for those that use the 450 knuckle and i guess the same for braking because transfering the weight to the front end make the tiers steer a little better.
  10. I would like to point out new cars have plastic tanks plastic lines and well every thing else is basicly made of plastic. the o-ring seals on the injectors are rubber sorry but close enought.
  11. sorry i always thinking of the spindle as the hub. heheheh(RETARD) Yah to must people that can think ie not me. knuckles and spindles are the same thing.. it Works quiet well loots alot better to. sorry Im a idjut at times. The only other problem i found with the 450/raptor spindle/knuckles are the caliper bolts are a little short as well. but whats 2bucks at your local hardware store.
  12. First off the spindles won't fit on the banshee knuckle. But the 450/raptor knuckles and spindles will fit on a banshee. But there are some other parts you'll need +2 brake lines yah can use stockers but they are kind of streched and barly fit. Plus some +2 tie rods. But not a bad way to incress the width of your bike and lieghen sprung weight and bike weight. it's about 2 pounds a side. Just thought i WOuld let yah know about the spindles, And thanks for telling us about the brake calipers. Soon it will be there will be no stock parts wuahahahahhaha
  13. im just going to note that that isn't completly true to all clutchs. I installed a barnettee clutch this last year and none of the steels where different in anyway. balanced or need to be installed in any real order. Only clutchs that need to steels offset are the oem ones, i do beleave.
  14. yah know it's not fiar. I got a snap-on gauge and a cheap gauge. .20 over and a clean up port on 21cc dones i got 163psi. at 300feet. so just check your psi after yah install them
