You could always just buy a set of used stock arms off of ebay if you don't want to spend the money or go wider on the front end.

You can definitely run a 22 inch tire...I would suggest dropping your front sprocket to a 13 tooth to help compensate for the change in gearing by going to a taller tire though. I ran a similar engine setup for a while and never had any problems turning 22's.

What I use to do was run the yellow wire (constant) to the battery and fuse it like suggested above, and then run a hot lead from the battery to a toggle switch and run the ACC (red) from the radio to the switch. That way I could have a switch (like the ignition) to control when my radio was on without having the key. I would hook my amps up the same way; mainly my sub amp so I could cut it off when rolling through the hood

You will probably receive so many different answers about this just because there are so many different "theories" people go by.... Me, personally, I think as long as you heat cycled the engine before you rode it you should be just fine....but that's simply my opinion. When I built my engine all we did was heat cycle it, baby it for about 10 minutes afterwards, shut it down, and then rode it as hard as we normally do...haven't noticed any problems

That recommendation is for break in...after that, you should run nothing thicker than 32:1. Most people run 32:1 and 40:1 mixtures.

Just for shits and giggles, try shifting without using the clutch in those higher gears and see what it does....I hardly ever use the clutch when I shift, only time I use it is when I take off in first.

I didn't have any problems from mine, but can tell you not to run it if it doesn't fit right. You could risk the possibility of having it shear off and can result in more issues. I would go ahead and get the timing plate though, allows for more adjustment with less worries

To be honest with you, I would have to change my axle bearings every year on my banshee. Riding through nasty conditions will wear the bearings out a lot faster than normal. I would go ahead and change them out before they get really bad and possibly seize...I've had it happen, not fun!

That definitely rules out gearing....have you checked your compression?
