  1. If photoshop is anything like fireworks, you have different layers to your project. One layer would be your truck and the other layer your text. You should be able to arrange the layers to where the text is in front of the truck.
  2. Brooke's right, flames can be really tough to get looking "real" but can be done. Brooke did a hell of a job on the pic above I threw something together using default formats in Macromedia Fireworks, the flames and font are both pre-loaded designs, nothing fancy on my part. You'll probably notice they look very similar to the pic in my sig I figured I could throw something together and maybe we can work together to get what you're looking for.
  3. It is 4 inches longer than stock. I just sent my +6 swinger off to get chromed and he wasn't charging me but 250 for my pipes and the swinger. I would imagine most chromers would charge about a 100 bucks on average.
  4. I always thought a bog was not enough gas and a sputter was too much gas I'd do one of two things first. Richen your needle one clip or move to one size bigger on the pilot jet. You could end up doing both in the end but of course, only make one jetting change at a time so you know what each change affected.
  5. I'm not sure how close you are to this guy but he is in Michigan and is a really nice guy to deal with. Andy @ Grand River Racing. He's boring my cylinders right now. http://www.grandriverracing.com/
  6. I have just what you need....185 shipped. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...146&hl=swingarm
  7. Good deal! I know sometimes my idle screws would "vibrate" themselves out of adjustment on my carbs...could have been the same for you
  8. I would check the compression if you haven't done so already. Hard starting and rough idling can be a sign of needing a rebuild.
  9. All of them are top notch people to deal with...I've had several transactions with all and couldn't be happier with the products and service. There might be a few more I've forgotten about, if I remember I'll add them to the list.
  10. John is one of the best people I have ever dealt with Straight forward, to the point, no BS from him.
  11. It's not the builders that are being "de-graded", it's the fact that people are buying a race engine and having them de-tuned so they can ride them in the woods. The builders are only doing what they are asked to do, it's the people blowing the money on a thousand + dollar top end only to have it tamed so they can ride through trails that's funny and pointless IMO. In another perspective, it's like buying a high end sports car and immediately pulling 4 spark plugs out so it's easier to drive I don't think anyone's knocking any engine builders, we're just bewildered why someone would buy a cub engine and intentionally want to have it's performance hindered right of the bat.
  12. I didn't catch the part of Tyler talking shit....I only saw where he re-iterated what Dan had already said. Seems like you're just trying to stir the pot of shit back up. And for the record, I'm not some "Tyler supporter"....I read what he says and make my own opinion of it. Whether or not you agree with what he has to say, most of the time he is right.
  13. Which YFZ? 350, 450, etc. You know a banshee is a YFZ....
  14. That's what I would look for, but would definitely cost more money... IMHO the true muscle cars were made way before the 80's!!! I've always liked the old school Chevelles
  15. I almost want to believe that the clutch is not your issue; your gearing may need to be changed. Do you know what size sprockets you are running up front and in the rear? If it seems to run fine in the powerband but bogs when you first hit the higher gears (5th and 6th) drop your front sprocket 1 tooth smaller and see if that makes a difference. That's what I would do before buying a clutch and replacing it, sprockets are like 10-15 bucks, clutches are closer to 100 bucks
  16. That's what I would do... It just makes the most sense to me; take the money you'd spend on the pipes and get a Noss head and reeds, then if you have more money to spend, work on the suspension.
  17. Glad to hear you're still alive!!! lol, I was wondering what happened to you....Congratulations on the the girl and baby....we'll have to have a mini zeppelin shirt made for your kid!!!
  18. That could definitely be a factor...
  19. That's what I would do....and then take the extra money and fix up the body. Another plus to doing this is the fact that you can keep the insurance for a V6 but have the engine be competitive. Would make for a nice sleeper too!
  20. That's real intelligent. I bet riding a wheelie makes everything better with the cops
  21. Damn, that's a hell of a trip!! Well shit, have fun and we'll see ya
  22. Hey Scott, have you done a leak down test yet? The only thing I can think it could be (if not your reeds) would be the crank seals. That would also explain why it's happening on only one side and spitting shit out the silencer
  23. I would keep it and just pull the lid off and rejet. You never know when you might "have" to go through water in the trails....better safe than sorry!! Doesn't take much water to get in those pod filters and do a number on your engine!
  24. I saw that earlier on MSNBC....LOL I love the part about the women wanting "cosmetic" surgery on their, uh, well, you know
