  1. after ur piston blew up did u take apart the bottom end and flush it out, sounds like you maybe have gotten a hunk of it back upt o the top end and bounce around for awhile, or a fuckin bearing, def split the cases, check all bearings, clean it out, new crank maybe if needed, true and weld it, new topend on ebay, they are goin cheap, and like dlnoss like reas said,
  2. when ur done cleanin out the silencers all thats gona be there, is the outside round alum. part, and the inside metal mesh type part connected to the end cap, then just wrap or pack in the new shit and ur on ur way

  4. yea you may need a new spring, did u use a clymers manual to put it in, you have to get them in a specific place
  5. yea but he's runnin stock arms, check to make sure the ball joints on that side are tight

  7. yea but then ur lookin at 2 grande for a set of custom made plastics, and it still scratches easy, and MOST carbon fiber isent the top grade stuff thats tough as steel
  8. yea its not really hard, block of the outsides wtih newspaper and masking tape, paint stripper to get out the black paint, then i used high temp primer and high temp paint for the painting, but powerder coat would look and work great if u have the cash
  9. heat gun, or some new plastics, or repainting
  10. i'd probably be easier throwing in a crotchrocket engine and putting a turbo on that, if u wanna stick with the shee, im sure most are doin displacement and cc's like nyuk said, and one question, how come that shee with the turbo is using a 2-1 pipe?
  11. if ur just getting these for stock or small carbs, and hoping to get more top end dont, there just a waste of money for u, like motul said, unless u got some 28's where u need to clear the carb they aint worth it
  12. yea it should be pretty tight in the front and the back, u could try to rebuild it if u hve some welding skills, then repack it, i dont think blockin a few on the holes in the mesh is gonna hurt performance, good luck

  18. ive got some carbon fiber reeds that fit in stock cages, best setup u can get for reeds in stock cages, 35 shipped, like new
  19. if the cranks ok, get new bearings all around for the crank, put em in, clean out the bottom really good, new top end from like weisco and he's good, plus a new head if its pitted bad

  21. well if u think its hot u could always throw on some inline coolers, a billit water impellor, engine ice, and maybe a cool head if it still is
