  1. the clutch is pretty easy, drain the oil and coolent, pop off the clutch cover, loosen the nut holding on the pressure plate, and pop the piece back into the cases, the nuts should come off the axle with what u have tried, try griding a notch into a nut, big enough for a big flathead screwdriver and hitting it with a hammer.

  5. never heard of grips exploding, you puttin em on one at a time or what?, sounds like u go so much pressure in there, there just poppin, try gettin some of the ones where u put the grip on, then put the end cap on

  9. , i like the idea stan. engine ice is a coolent, just one that "promises" to make it run 20 degree's cooler, check ebay for the inline coolers, they go for cheap on there, www.jlatvproducts.com www.rockymountaintatv.com should have the billet water impellor, bigger radiator, inlines and engine ice
  10. damn holyman, that piston looks like hell, go with the weisco kit for like 180 with everything u need, boring should be 40 a jug, new head off ebay if u messed up ur old one 20, bout 5 hours of time to do something like this, if u work on engines like that, u got the manual so its easy, but def check those pistons, and flush out the bottom end with gas, so u know nothings down there, so ur lookin at 300 tops for the full top end rebuild, unless ur cranks gone

  14. sounds good for the boots, but damn! thats the lowest compression ive ever heard of, if thats the case, u definalty need a rebuild with all new gaskets

  16. the banshee may be past its prime wiht these new sport quads, but it'll always be my baby and quad of choice, it reponds to mods better then any other quad, and it will always be king of the dunes and the strip!

  21. i thought u was just messin around, but i went n looked at ur shee pics and u still got the e brake setup, take that mess off there unless u need it, causes problems, and where the cable connects to the rear break caliper, you'll see two bolts where u can take that part off, get to stan or ebay and get one, its just a piece of metal that covers it, looks great gettin rid of that mess and saves u ebreak emergencies

  24. yea put up some pics, ill try to help u out, did u take any of the plates out yet? maybe u got a broken friction plate from the hard landing
