Some bikes have an exhaust bridge,which you don't unless you have aftermarket sleeves like the viper sleeves.The bridge is to help the piston ring or rings to not get caught on the exhaust opening.

I have squeezed 34's into stock boots,but it wasn't easy.I have shaved some of the material out and it helped.After shaving some out of the boot I went to 35's.It works but you gotta watch not to take too much out.After you get the carbs to fit keep an eye on the intakes I had a set that split at the track.

ikikazz is kinda rite I guess.The reason 1 carb will work is because only one cylinder is drawing fuel and air at a time When the piston comes up.When a piston goes down it is not drawing any air or fuel.Hope that helps ya's

As far as gearing it depends on motor mods and track.Don't buy anything to you get the over ride.I recomend Rudy Kurtz.The tranny will run you between $450. and $475.For the flywheel,a shaved one will work but I like the PVL.Talk to PassionRe here on the board,He will hook you up with a motor.

I don't have sixth gear in my 1-5.It was cut by Rudy.Some people do have all the gears,I don't know if Rudy can do it that way or not.Maybe give him a call (760)244-8834.He will give you more info on the Rz tranny too. -
I need a 37 tooth rear sprocket for a four bolt hub.

The RZ tranny is geared a little better for asphalt,but second and third gear start to get stress cracks,sometimes after only about 40 passes.The banshee tranny will definately hold up better.If you start in first all the time go with the 1-4 over ride. -
Check for an air leak.
