  1. If your serious and your refering to the big intake windows,They go towards the rear.
  2. You need the whole electrical system from the rz.The porting is pretty much exact, when the power valves are closed, but when they open the exhaust really opens up.You also need exhaust adaptores so your shee exhaust will fit the rz cylinders.I don't know about anyone else but all my shee's are already quadzilla killers.
  3. Here are the plugs on the top case. The black one plugs the hole through the top case, and the white one plugs the threads. Here is the hole under the clutch side case that the shaft goes through. The two smaller holes are the threaded ones.
  4. Use adjustable struts.Work with diff. height in the front and rear till you find something that works.Lowering the front and not the rear will make less traction. What tires will you be running? If you don't want to run struts get in contact with some shops that drag, and ask them what kind of shock mods, you can do.Marvin Shaws would be nice if you have the cash.Let us know.
  5. Polish the cases too.Shit might as well chrome the frame too.Or paint it a light green color with tons of metal flake.I dunno..
  6. Big Bore domes? Not sure what you mean.

    Mono Block

How much power does the LA Sleeve 409 kit put out?Do you know anybody that can port this set-up?
  8. Your exhaust duration has alot to do with it.If you have Jims motor I would say you need to run it straight.
  9. What you gonna do with the J-Arms if you do this?I would be interested in buying them.I have never had a problem with J-Arms,but I have seen many A-Arms that are bent or broken. Later
  10. No you don't need the o-rings.They are to eliminate clutch chatter on the stock clutches. The aftermarket clutches have more material on the friction plates. If you hold the stock ones beside the aftermarket ones you'll see what I mean. So ledofthezep is right, but you don't have to soak them for 30 min.It only take about 5 min. But it doesn't matter if they are soaked longer.Just put some oil in a zip lock bag then put in the clutches, seal it up then start taking the old ones out,by the time your ready for the new ones they will be plenty saturated with the oil.
  11. I don't think reeds should have a gap,thats any reed.But a very little gap aint bad.
  12. there is a guy that sells seat covers on e-bay maybe give him a try. It's xtreme something or other.
  13. I have no clue what you guys are talking about.I have 8 diff. top cases and they all have the holes, and threads already.Yes they are all banshee cases but one,and it is an rz case. They are the same exact case except for the numbers and the banshee case has a black plug in the tach drive hole, and a little white plug beside it were the threads are.Even under the clutch cover the top left hole has the to smaller threaded holes beside it already.
  14. There is no machine work involved to run an rz tach on a stock case you just need the gears, shaft and tach drive that goes on the top case.Look at your top case and you will see the black and little white plugs on the piece of the case that comes up in front of the rear motor mount. You have to take those out and that is were the tach drive goes.Behind the clutch side case, the top left hole is were the shaft goes threw.I will post pictures as soon as I get them,so you can see.
  15. The RDZ pipes are actually Shearer pipes with RDZ's name on them.I would recomend shearer over cpi,but alot of people won't.Nothing anyone tells you will change your mind you already have the pipes you want in your head, and chances are thats the pipes you'll go with. But I can say the shearer pipes are just totally awesome, and rev to the moon. I also think you will pleased with either pipe.
  16. Buy a Snap-ON 18v Cordless Impact.I have one and another one on order.I use it for everything. It's 1/2 drive, and freaking incredible for beeing cordless. Here is one I found on E-bay incase you never seen one.Trust me you'll love it,and it's nice to take to the race track if you race. Snap-On Cordless Impact 18V
  17. I have seen some pretty sick stock cylinder big bore strokers. You could try talking to TDR.There tech # is 954-784-0020. TDR's Banshee Superstore
  18. Why would you have to take off all the plastic and airbox and stuff to rejet?

    Clutch Bearing

No I don't mean the arm!I mean the bearing. You know the one in the top case that the arm goes down through. The bearing is under the little seal the arm goes through.

    Clutch Bearing

Does anyone have a clutch bearing that goes in the top engine case?I need one.PM me if you wanna sell one.
  21. Once it's installed and you get the hang of it, it can be quite usefull, exspecially if you change riding alltitude often.
  22. Dyno test's show no horsepower differance between a smooth exhaust and a polished on. The exhaust port is where your pipes go onto the cylinders. You won't notice any diff. just from polishing the exhaust, but you will notice a huge diff. if it is ported.
  23. I have run as low as 17cc domes and have had no trouble yet.If you do run into problems get a Trinity Pro head, they have studs that go clear down to the outer four cylinder studs.
  24. LMAO It's been forever since I heard that.
