Twistedtrik Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 I had a hard time ordering over the phone, but after talking directly to Jeff all was good. Just PM him or better yet call him. Quote
BigRed350x Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 Just go to one of the big online stores like www.cascadeinnovations.net or www.rockymountainatv.com You can actually order stuff from their web sites, and they will respond to your emails when you need something in a hurry. I was looking for some parts I needed in a hurry a while back and called just about everyone I was interested in doing business with. Every time I called FAST it was busy so I gave up on that. Sent two emails, neither of which has been responded to, even now, about a month later... still no response. I won't even bother trying to do business with FAST any more. Quote
YamahaMama Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 We talk to him all the time through PM and over the phone. Jeff is a good guy and will hook you up but they do get busy like everyone else. I would say PM him first and if he doesnt answer back within a day then call him the next. Quote
moneybags Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 (edited) I would just call him first and leave a message with a call back #. It helps when he can understand what your saying also. Edited June 3, 2008 by moneybags Quote

Dinner Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 I have been talking to Jeff the last little while in regards to ordering parts from him, and in one of our convo's he said he will generally get about 75 emails a day, give or take. Especially right now since people are trying to get their rides together. It would be better to call him, and if there is no answer, as said above leave your name and number you can be reached at, and would be nice to give him a time where he would be able to reach you as well. theshee Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 Just give Jeff a call... Best service you will find ANYWHERE! Always had PM returned within the day and never had a phone call last under an hour either lol... Quote

It wont be long until your not willing to work with anyone besides RMATV if that sets you off Quote

RIPPEN Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 The biggest benifit to going through Jeff is a personal touch... You have a issue with installing a part you get from Cascade/RMATV, they will give a shit less.. Give Jeff a call and he will walk you through it.. Id rather have someone on the other end that gives a shit, rather than a little fancy cart(icon) feature on a site.. Not to mention that little cart won't help you chose the CORRECT part you might be after.. Adding to the list also, why would you rather support some big company rather than help support the little guy? Red, Iam not sure what your deal is man, but it appears your having one of your episodes again??? Jeff is a damn good guy and you are taking shots at him left and right.. Don't get it man.. Oh and back on topic, leave Jeff a message or PM.. I can ASSURE you he will return it as soon as he can.. RIPPEN Quote
