I am not to excited about using Paypal but most people ask about it. I don't want to get burned and would like the buyer to feel comfortable. How do you deal with exchanging money.

well sum dont like to send cash in the mail, i use money orders and hav`nt had problems. Paypal i feel comfortable using it as a buyer and seller

i normally use it to buy things, i havent had any issues yet so i cant tell you how they work when there is a dispute, but when i get money i transfer it into mybank account right away. they are not allowed to take money out of your account without your permisson. if they do itsvery ez to fight it and get it back.

paypal is the only way to do it. it protects the buyer big time. only thing to complain about with it is the fees, but as the seller, just pass them on to the buyer. as a buyer, i'd be more than willing to pay a tad more, pay for the fees to have the protection and ease of doing it in bed in my boxers on my own time and not having to stress about going and getting a MO and getting it into the mail and blah blah blah; few clicks and it's done. I won't buy something on ebay unless it's with paypal. i've had to use paypal twice to combat deadbeats and both times it's gotten me my money back and one of them was for over 5 bills.

^^^ i agree totally. I wont do anything except paypal. Im a college kid, and i need my money to go to things that i am actually getting in return.

I take paypal mainly and just transfer the money to my account right away. I do take money orders too but they take too damn long. on ebay i use and take paypal only since it is tied in directly to your account. i have never had a problem and they have bailed me out with bum sellers.

I've done lots of purchasing this past month, most of it thru paypal, it's easier since i'm certified and the other pal also certified. Faster pay, Faster shipping. Hell I'm still waiting on parts, two days left for Dumont and the bike still in pieces. Paypal is making it easier for me right now. But if that doesn't fly, a USPS Money Order is your best friend. It has a serial number for auto tracking + you can still throw a reg USPS tracking number along with it!

I got Jacked for over $350 via paypal and ebay. the jackass didn't have any money in their paypal account and then closed it. So i am with LOCO and NYUK Postal money order or cash FUCK PAYPAL.

same here, one bad experience 5 years ago. if you sell alot of parts, e bay got their hand in one pocket, paypal got it in the other.e bay fees are high enough.paypal is e bay. one in the same.
