Dual 8" light rack with quick release mount for a Banshee. I have the wiring harness and dual regulators also. My stator plate broke and took out some of the wires on the stator but I will include it with the deal if anyone is interested in rewinding it. Expansion chambers only. No dents but the finish is a little rough. Both frame mounts had a small crack and were welded. Left pipe I cut and welded close to where the stinger slides on because it did not fit exactly right. Add a set of silencers from ebay and you would be on your way cheap. Thanks for the input. I do not mind keeping the rpm up, I just don't want a lightswitch powerband. Anybody tried both pipes on their same bike?

My setup: HJR dune port Pro Circuit pipes 33 PWKs Boyeson reeds Timing advance Lightened flywheel Modquad head 21cc domes I dune fast and don't worry to much about drag racing. It seems like the PCs hold the motor back a little on the top end. I did a search and some people say the Shearers have a good midrange while others say topend only. General agreement that the CPIs come on and sign off earlier. I pm'd Kevin to see what he has to say and wanted to get some other input.

Just split my motor apart and found the crank bearing outer race is turning in the case. The nub on the bearing is making a groove in the lower case half. Had this happen on another motor so I used my mig welder to make the nub bigger. Wondering if this is normal. This motor just had the top end done for the first time and was a bolt-on bike. The last one was a stock stroke T-Rex.

The teeth on the sprocket did not fold in half like a piece of paper. They got worn thin and started bending over at the top. It put an OEM sprocket back on at the dunes and it is showing no abnormal signs of wear. The bad sprocket is in the trash so no pics.
