I've had my banshee since new in 1999 and never had insurance on it. Though I've often worried about it, in almost seven years now I know I've saved a sh!t load of money by not having "a piece of mind" :wink:

 

If you have it, who are you with and what do you pay? If you don't mind me asking.

i have my CRF450 and Banshee insured. I think i pay about 30 bucks a month with progressive

I have full coverage on mine. its added to my homeowners insurance and coverage is $7500 for total loss which costs me $189 a year.

I pay $400 for full coverage on my 06 and my 89 shee. This include $1000 in aftemarket parts on each. I delt with progressive for the past 6 years and they stuck in my ass really good. Found a company in Michigan called Foremost, a subisdiary of AIG, Awesome rates and good service.

 

 

PLUS, They cover different frames on quads, which other than progressive I have yet to find one that does.

19 bucks a month, State Farm, full coverage.

I specifically said "hey...it'd cost me 6K plus to do another one up like this, am I covered?"...

Never had it on my 97 but just put it on my new 99 cost me a 150 a year

i got it on my 04 warrior and its 50 a year.

4weeks later & A 4 day hospital stay ,well, I kinda wish I kept it .thank god I have good health ins.

used the dammage part though sent me A $900 check for parts A week later!

I origionally only wanted theft since my 88 got stolen A few years back but they said it's all together thankfully

I am insured through Foremost . I pay $300 a year for both my '01 banshee total replacement @ $7500, and my '03 Grizzly total replacement @ $8500. This covers theft or damage, plus medical to cover myself, and incase i injure someone else.

thats right dont fuck with a mans bike. i wouldnt think twice about introducing some fucker trying to steal one of our bikes to the old twice pipe with some buckshot. but i'll definitley look into this insurance, seems cheap enough.

Ya, insurance is worth it, but I've been fortunate so far and no real problems. I may get it in the future though............. :beer:
