These people seem to have forgotten what they did when they were kids. I know street racing is illegal and under the right conditions dangerous as hell, but it almost seems they are taking upon themselves to just assume that if you have a fast car you are going to use it. They might as well just pull over and arrest anyone driving a Z06, GSXR, Enzo, etc.

i think it would have been funny if they had a 4th scenario. when the officer said, "I'm going to be placing you under arrest for your illegal modifications" the guy should have looked at him and said, "you'll never get those cuffs on me, pussy".
