Anybody have Hydrolic Clutch kit?

Does anybody have the Hydrolic clutch kit? My clutch is so hard to pull in compared to my Honda... Just thinking the hydrolic unit I have seen in the mags. will make a big improvement?

I have a Magura hydrolic lever and it works awesome but they are pricey. It is way easier to pull plus it is really nice and smooth. You can also get an EZ Pull lever to reduce the stiffness of the clutch pull. The EZ Pull are alot cheaper but I think the hydrolic is worth the money.

they work very well, just expensive. parts are also expensive. just dont break it...

yea, if you have otherthan stock carbs youll prolly need some reed spacers or different intakes thatll push the carbs back further. the hydro clutch had a master or slave cylinder whichever it is right down by the clutch arm..

As it is my 34 PJ's don;t clear the clutch arm unless I bend the bracket.

 

And I have the Pyramid reed valves. Not as much as a dedicated reed spacer, but much thicker than stock.

I have used them in the past and they work great. You do have the mod the clip that holds the clutch cable to the cases a little, but it is not a big deal.

I had one & must say while it worked it worked great. However one day it just locked up (couldn't pull the lever in) & I messed with it & messed with it & still couldnt get it to work. Now I have a ASV lever & cable setup. Love it. Still have the hydraulic clutch setup if you or anybody else wants it for parts.
