Any one put an electric fan on their bike? When I go up trail rideing alot of times I'm in the high rpm's and not getting alot of air flow through the radiator, on a real steep hill. I think a electric fan would help out alot.

I'd think youd be better off with a cool head, engine Ice, and maybe a over sized radiator. Less weight and less hastle,

cool head for what it adds compression so how can it cool down anything and besides the cooling is on the circulation on the radiator so in my op get the radiator with another impeller not the coolhead.

on the old, old forums there were a few threads about this. people have definately done it and there were pics posted. ive no idea if we can access the old forums, i doubt it but the fans can definately be put on the shee

you can put a electric fan on there, one guy did it and it worked well, but i think he had to put up with a bunch of bullshit to do it, cool heads do keep the temp down on your shee, but inline coolers engine ice and a billet impellor are all worth there weight in gold

don't know the effectiveness, of it, but I have been "pondering" the idea of maybe adapting a CPU fan to the back of my radiator, they have a pretty light draw, and are very thin/small, maybe run a pair of them, with out modifying the stator...etc.

you can get these fans very cheap, but don't know if they would have any effect.?

aluminum head (cool head) will disepates heat better than stock head

he used TWO small fans from Radio Shack, and did some weird stuff.....I wish I remembered....I know it didnt cost him much at all.

Not sure how long a CPU fan would last in the elements.
