i was confused too tit.....a green pint is just a pint of some shitty lager (bud or kokanee) and some green food dye to change it to green. tastes like the shitty beer and turns your teeth green, stick with the guinness and harp! started drinking in town about 3pm then wasted at 9 decided to hitchike to Butte, MT for the party. Buttes one of the biggest Irish populations in the US, it was a sweet party, and real rowdy. Just gopt back for some march madness:) stu

hey there, I got some 300ex shocks for the front off ebay. that should drop the front enough. As for the rear im not sure yet, ill have to fab a lowering bracket as i run a no-linkage swingarm and all the lowring kits ive seen use the rear shock linkage. stu
-

anyone here run a lonestar swaybar? doesnt even have to be on a shee any bike will do! Im trying to get some pics as i have to fab up a couple parts to make mine fit and work nicely. Lonestar themselves told me the sway bar fitted to the top shock mounts rather than the a-arm mounting point, which seems a little weird?! stu

im pretty sure you use the fibres from the street bike clutch and the stock banshee steel plates. stu
-
defo get some pipes on that biatch...becomes a whole different bike! and poss some new rear tires if your running stockers right now, need to get some traction after all stu
-
if u put it in a quad frame i can imagine its gonna be a biatch to squeeze in and its gonna be pretty high id guess?? a 1 man rail sounds quality!! im with fro stu
-
totally Stephen thats the point of a bike. get one that you feel suited too, id go for the Triumph Daytona 650 if I could afford it just because i like the feel of it when riding and the handling is bang on. and it looks fuckin amazing its not the fastest but its not all about speed, i like the twistys stu

just read in our national bike paper a track test they carried out for the top 13 bikes with some world class riders round the Valencia circuit in Spain. heres what they thought! supersport (600 class) 1st zx6r 2nd R6 3rd CBR rr 4th gsxr superbikes (1000's) 1st zx10r 2nd R1 3rd gsxr 4th MV-Augusta F4 5th fireblade maxisports (750 fours and 1000 twins) 1st duke 999s 2nd aprillia rsvr factory 3rd gsxr 750 overall out of all the bikes tested they thought the ZX-10R was best, then the Ducati 999S, then the ZX-6R. BUT!!!!.....remember this was a track test and NOT a road test so its a test of performance rather than rideability edit: forgot to add all the bikes were stock and fitted with Michelin's power race tyres and run on standard 95 pump gas. the manufacturers were invited to spend a day on suspension set-up to suit the riders and track at the test session. after the set-up the bikes were dyno'd to make sure no sly factory parts were added for performance gain the scoring is hard to explain but basically they all have a quick rag on th bikes and scores each bike sorta thing... stu

-
Ive been thinking of downsizing carbs over the summer when i get some money together, it just drinks far too much gas. each tank lasts me about hour half if im lucky and over in sunny ol UK, where mr taxman likes raping our asses, a tank of pump gas n oil costs me about
-
no doubt about it..if you ride mostly MX get the 250r. there is still nothing can match a r round the track stu
-
you say he was runnin sst's were all the other draggers using out of fram drag pipes?? cos they are probably quite a bit louder than the silenced sst's?? just an idea stu
-
with a banshee its entirely down to $$, if you got the cash it can be whatever bike you want id defo start with some pipes, then milled head, lightened flywheel, air filter, reeds, (then porting perhaps?), and have a play around with the gearing until you find what suits you. id get some front shocks on that bad boy if $ allows and then things like shortniing the swinger come next! a steering damper is a massive help too i hope your job does pay well.........your about to start modding a banshee!! ive never been able to stop.... stu
-
id say flipping your front and rear wheels would be best for you and its free! the fronts you will need to invert the valve stem and cut another hole in the outer part of the rim for a new valve as it will hit the brake rotor. this will widen the quad and make it more stable round a track as for other mods it all depends on $$$. how much do you have to spend and we can help out more, is your bike stock now?? stu
-
yup..thats the one! stu
-
shit! that joint must be worth about 300 bucks then??!!!!! good times! unfortunately its illegal over here too fro and 650 an O is fuckin ridiculas price! in fact it seems the US is damn expensive for bud, over here its about
