Huge Bummer! Brooke was great person, always honest (like it or not) and a good friend to those lucky enough to have her as a friend. She was my "east coast lady" and we chatted a lot away from HQ as I dont spend any time on here anymore. God speed Brooke and my best to her family and to all of you on here that knew her.

did you know that while he was on trial, the personell in charge of keeping an eye on Saddam played the south park movie continuosly for like 3 days on a TV by his cell? The Jake brake opens the exhaust valve just as the air reaches maximum compression, dumping all of that energy in an almost instantaneous explosive release. The result is a very effective slowing of the vehicle as mechanical energy is converted to heat and then dumped. The Jake brake effectively transforms the internal combustion engine into an air compressor. What my wife said (SHEe DEVIL) about the exhaust brake is also true. More common then you might think, they are commonly used on smaller deisel engines, and even some bigger ones. Usually on deisel engines under 400HP ....IE Cummins N14 and smaller or Cat C-12 and smaller. I have a C-11 in my sterling, and it has an exhaust brake, not a Jake. Its a slow ass pig when loaded up over 60,000 gvw, but I dont go really far either, usually under 300 miles one way. Both are loud, but the jake is much louder, and both are illegal within city limits......

Yeah I have a motorola v400 and the4 cable but no software to dowload it onto the puter. Im WAY to cheap to email each one. At almost $1 each, I aint gonna do it.

lol, yeah......... Not ripping on you, but Dodge transmisions suck, and always have. A manual in a dodge is the only way I'll own a dodge. 90% of ALL automatic transmision failure is caused by HEAT... If you have a auto in your truck and pull stuff, put a COOLER on it.

We did this in highschool. All you need is to put spark plugs about 8-10 inches from the end of the tailpipe. Wire in a second coil, but make it so when its switched on, the main power to the engines ignitions is interupted. WHen your rev that puppy up, flip the switch and start pumping the hell out of the throttle. You can get good "afterburner" looking flames, but not HUGE flames. We used a small holding tank with an electric fuel pump once also to pump gas, and even tried ether once. We used brake line like said before, and "airline muffler" to shoot the fuel into the exhuast. When I first put the secondary fuel shooter in, I used a plain brake line and it pumped so much fuel into the exhaust it would actually leave a burning puddle or trail behind the car. I didnt think that was a real good idea, and then added the "muffler" to slow the fuel delivery some. NONE of this will work with a vehicle with a cataletic converter or fuel injection.

If you go to a racing speed shop, for racecars you can usuallu find colored semi clear hose........ I have seen yellow, red, blue and purple at the one I go to. I have the yellow on mine now and it cost me about $2, looks cool

If you dig the grab bar in hard enough, it will spin the bike off to one side or the other. I did that a couple times, and its cart wheeled a few times before it stopped. I bent the upper a arms both times too.... I dont wheely as aften as i used to...........

Wheelies never end up being slow. Sure you can start out slow, but if you do one for any length, yor gonna be hauling ass at the end. I have done them for a few hundred feet from a stand still, and was in 4th gear by the end.....kinda scary.

What other group can anyone think of that is played several times on the classic rock stations. I listen to 3-6 different stations every day driving the truck around the great northland, and I ALWAYS hear 4-5 Zeplin songs every day, usually not the same one over either. all these years later, what other band gets the air time they do? NOONE.... Im not a fan of theirs at all (too soft and mushy shit for me) But they have some of the best playable music. Name one song that isnt played on the radio of theirs....
