JTmachining Posted December 31, 2016 Report Posted December 31, 2016 I like the Works clutch lever and arm design clutch lock Quote
bluebanshee98 Posted December 31, 2016 Report Posted December 31, 2016 ASV C6 series. Dope levers. Can't go wrong. Atv galaxy can get your a good price Quote
sleeper06 Posted December 31, 2016 Report Posted December 31, 2016 You will need a lockout , heavy springs will work initially but it will power through the clutch in sand. For some reason the way my cylinders build power destroys clutches/baskets /etc . They also try n rip the crank out of them . If your crank is out you should send it to me to be checked and good out bearings installed 2 Quote

The cranks been trued and welded and bearings checked out by Precision Powersports. I will probably end up riding it at Glamis in February and tear it all back apart to do a 4mil if I want more power. I don't know jack about lock ups, I will do some research to see what all I need to buy for one and what's involved with the install. May do one now if it's not too expensive Quote
LaegerEliminator Posted December 31, 2016 Report Posted December 31, 2016 You won't regret the investment into a lock out. They work awesome. Easy pull when using stock springs too. 1 Quote

JasonB Posted January 1, 2017 Author Report Posted January 1, 2017 My motor made 80hp on dyno. It held with all HD springs. That's gnarly, stoke stroke or? And Carl's port work I assume? At this point I just want the end result to be a stout bike with some good reliable power. I think I've followed most of the good advice people on here gave me, should be a great machine when I get out in the sand in 39 days Quote
bluebanshee98 Posted January 1, 2017 Report Posted January 1, 2017 It will be a great machine. However at some point probably sooner then later your gonna want more power just saying Quote
