ESC907 Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 Okay, I recently bought a 2004 Banshee so I am not all that familiar with it. I've done quite a bit of work with an old Blaster I have though. I am looking to remove my oil-injection system and convert my Shee to premix. So if anyone can help by referring me to any items I might need to purchase for it, and give me some fairly simple step-by-step instructions for a DIY, it'd be very much appreciated. Thanks alot. sheerider11 Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 Banshees don't have one. Blasters do. You don't need to delete it. Always premix your gas Quote
special06shee Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 No need to touch anything. They are not oil injected. Quote
ESC907 Posted February 8, 2015 Author Report Posted February 8, 2015 Alright, thanks for the positive feedback, I was just not sure considering it has the reservoir in the back. Quote
locogato11283 Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 The reservoir in the back is for coolant. Quote
ban565 Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 Be nice green he is probably KOC trained Quote
registered user Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 bullshit you guys be lying. resoviors for oil Quote
Nieskes Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 Doesn't that resivior say coolant right on in? 1 Quote
jbooker82 Posted February 8, 2015 Report Posted February 8, 2015 So how long have you been riding it, relying on the oil injection system? 1 Quote
ESC907 Posted February 13, 2015 Author Report Posted February 13, 2015 I haven't. I just figured it was the oil injection, and knowing how unreliable the Blaster's was I wanted it GONE. So, just to confirm, it IS for the coolant system, and not the motor oil? Quote
