i plan on putting this between 2 concrete bricks and parking my truck on it........also heating up with torch then doing the same thing. ill have a review shortly

  Most people use a press  and measure the flex,  at least that's what Ive been told lol.  without the builder knowing of course hahah

Thank ya! The fitment is very good, carrier was a little tight but I have that fixed for the next go-around.  Its nice being able to make the outer pivot tube and inner pivot sleeve right here in-house.  My lathe guys love holding +0.000 / - 0.001" for me :) ha.

damn that is some serious tollerances...PERFECTIONIST^

 

For the pivot bearings to press into the outer tube, and for the inner sleeve to slide inside the bearings... it is a must.

Looks good man...! To bad I just bought one from another sponsor right before you announced you were building your own line of swing arms....
