  1. Just to show what I have in aftermarket parts alone, here's the breakdown of parts and what I paid. As you can see, it's $4,574 in just parts! That's not including what I paid for the bike itself, what I paid to have everything painted black or all of the time I have invested in building it. This is a steal...
  2. Yes, it's still for sale. I'll come on here and say it's sold if it sells. I haven't been actively trying to sell it, but I have been thinking about it. I hate that it just sits in the garage. I wish I had time to ride it, but I just don't. IM me if you're interested and it'll send me an email so I know you're interested. Thanks!
  3. I'll be at Badlands next Wednesday, October 5th with one other friend. If anyone is going or wants to join in, let me know!
  4. Yea, I'll be there. I try to go every year. It's always nice to have something to get your mind off of the fact that it's the dead of winter outside. HA
  5. Yea. It'll be in the show. It's being sponsored by Source One Automotive. The plan is to suspension lift it 4", 37s on black 17s, bumpers, winch, flat fenders, gears and more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. It's getting hard to find. I'll have to keep that in mind! The wife doesn't want me to sell the Banshee, but I just hate seeing it sit. Plus, I bought a new toy last week that will put the Banshee even further down the list of toys that I have time for. I've got a sponsor for it and I have just a few months to get it built for Cavalcade of Customs this winter. It's going in their booth at the show. So yea, no time for the Banshee at all now. Here's the newest toy....
  7. It's Turbo Blue. It's at the Marathon gas station in downtown Lebanon. It used to be a Cam 2 pump, but a few years ago they switched it to Turbo Blue. Marathon 6 Cincinnati Ave Lebanon, OH 45036
  8. It does not run on pump gas. It runs on 110 octane race gas. This could be changed by putting different domes in it, but I have race gas on the pump in my town for $7 a gallon, so I didn't mind having the high compression motor. I do not want to mess with crating and shipping it. Thanks for your interested.
  9. Thanks! Congrats on the new addition!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. * I wrote 2006 in the body of the message. Correction, it's a 2005.
  11. I'm not 100% sure I'm going to part with it, but I've been kicking the idea around. It's a titled 2006 located near Cincinnati Ohio. Basically I built this bike, maybe put 2 hours on it and haven't had time to ride it. This things is brand new! The tires still have the nipples on them and it's never even been out other than on grass while testing it out. I will not consider parting it out. If I sell it, I want to sell it as a whole. I have over $7,500 in this thing and that's with me doing all of my own work. I'll sell it for the price of what I have it just the aftermarket parts which is $4500. $4500 is firm, I don't need to sell it, but I hate that it's just sitting on the trailer in the garage. It's the bike in my signature and you can click on the link to see the build and several pictures. -2005 black SE Banshee -100hp(ish) ported 421 Cub from Jeff at F.A.S.T. -Fully welded long rod 4mil hotrods crank with TZ bearing from Redline Racing -35mm PWKs -UPP Intakes -Black In-frame Shearers -V-force 4 reeds -20x6x10 holeshots (front) 20x10x9 Honda Radials (rear) on black ITP wheels -Plus 4 Stellar swinger w/ black JJ and A Racing Carrier -Modded shift star -Modded shift shaft -Shift Pro shift kit -F.A.S.T. clutch -Black Pro Taper ATV mid fat bars -Spider grips -ARP head bolts and nuts -Adjustable timing plate -Noss head with custom cut domes from F.A.S.T. -Tusk extended hubs -Motion Pro needle bearing clutch lever on a F.A.S.T. perch -Modquad chain slider kit -Black powedercoated grille -Taylor plug wires -Tusk gas cap -Hide a key that I designed -Primary Drive 14/41 Sprockets -Modquad axle nut -Fold away shifter -Headlights and taillight tinted by Jeremy at Mann Made Kustoms -Swinger painted by Jeremy at Mann Made Kustoms. -Plastics painted by Jeremy at Mann Made Kustoms. -EVERYTHING PAINTED BLACK
  12. If I can get in with a Jeep pulling a trailer, I'll just do that. I'd rather do that anyway so I could drop the trailer and have both quads and the Jeep in the dunes. This sounds like a win win. The YFZ 450 that I'd be bringing is pretty loud too, but it does have a spark arrestor already in the exhaust.
  13. I'd be bringing a trailer with two quads pulled by a Jeep. Thanks for the help man!
  14. So truck it in as opposed to parking outside of the gate? I'd be pulling a trailer with a Jeep, would that still work ok? Sorry about my ignorance here, but why would anyone ride in if they had an option to trailer in? This place must be different than other places I've rode. Most places, people park and unload in the parking lot unless there's a nearby camp ground (like Badlands) where people can ride in from the camp ground. Thanks for the help man. Is SL worth the drive from our area?
  15. I bought my first Banshee14 years ago! I've owned several since then, but have yet to make the 6 hour trip up north to ride at Silver Lake Sand Dunes. The reason is, there's so much uncertainty with what it takes to be able to actually get in and ride. I'm looking for someone to clear this up so I can possibly get out there and finally ride Silver Lake. I'd be taking the Banshee in my sig. It's a 421 cub with in frame Shearers. I know that I'll need spark arrestors (I have Sparkies that I can bolt over the silencers). But this thing is still pretty loud. No, it's not as loud as OOF drag pipes would be, but I'm sure it's louder than the 94db that I've always heard you have to be under to ride at Silver Lake. Being louder than 94db is the primary reason that I've never made a trip up there. That would suck to be turned away at the gate because it's too loud! With sound and sparkies out of the way, what about registration? Isn't there a sticker (or two) that you must have in order to ride there? Where do I get these? Do you have to provide a title to the quad when getting these stickers? I have a title, but my riding buddy does not have a title because his bike never had one to begin with. What else is good to know? I'm not looking to sneak my way in, I want to plan a trip up and do things right to avoid not being able to ride. Thanks for the help guys!
  16. I just looked on their website and you are right. Probably not a good weekend to go. Maybe we can go somewhere else.
  17. Would anyone want to hit Badlands this coming Saturday? If I can gather some people, I'll be there.
  18. Definitely man. I'll make the trip up! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I snowboard up there. That's a few hours from me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Where do you guys trail ride at? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I saw the pics. That looked amazing! I'd love to hit that up. I'd take the YFZ there.
  22. When you get it, you have to hit me up. I have a YFZ 450 too, so I'm not biased. LOL
