best clutch my ass. my brother toasted one of them high dollar pieces of shit in his 450 in about 3 days. barnett would not stand behind their product at all. blamed it all on us. first we used wrong oil, then installed wrong, then adjusted wrong..BS their products suck. got a nice cheap tusk clutch and its been fine for 6 months now.

i greased mine. has been working great for over a year now.

yea you should be fine. 33s will work also but 35s would be better. im runnin 35mm pwk, rockets, vf2, 21 cc dome and its runs like a striped ass ape...well u may have seen the hillclimb videos.

john, they make an electric start kit for the 450r now...it was in this months dirtwheels. about 400 bucks i think..

only aftermarket ones i know of are billet ones. its not a POS just cuz it fell off. that means the screw fell out and it came off. any aftermarket kicker can have that happen as well. i bought a billet one from modquad and i like it alot. however, its not cheap.

you can get the 4mm cubs in either 65mm or 68mm(big bore). most people seem to go with the big bore whcih puts your displacement right at 421cc. you can either run a big bore pipe or something like a small bore cpi, shearer or rockets. for dragging this setup will kick some ass. wide open roads i think youll be fine as well. as forthe trails i dont think itll be all that great there, but you said you dont ride them that much. the cubs were designedto use all stock parts. so if u have shit thatll fit stock cylinders, itll fit the cubs. call jeff @ FAST racing. he should be able to get you cubs..1-785-364-5325

id save up and sell your cylinders and buy the 4mm cubs...wasting time and money with boring, porting and pistons on stock shit. for what you have in just that plus selling your cylinders you could buy cubs..

it should still start regardless of where those screws are. sure you didnt undo something else? the choke crossover tube still on there? something besides those screws is keeping it from starting.

cut the rear tabs for stock carrier and re weld. i have shortened and extended many of them...
