call jeff @ fast racing 1-785-364-5325...he sells an aftermarket basket that will bolt on instead of rivet. its a good basket for a lot cheaper than most. call him up...
same thing happend to my cousins bike. that bitch would NOT start for shit. ended up had low compression. rebuild and it started right up...not sure on compression. call a local dealership, they should know...
if ur gonna ride trails i would go no longer than +2...if you dont need the swinger then id stick with stock length. easier turning and better traction as long as you arent poppin wheelies off the line all the time.
are they stock length arms?? if so the 450 shocks are a tight fit but theyll work without moving any mounts. i just grinded on the shocks themselves until they fit...it wouldmtb e too hard to move the top shock mount, but its not really necessary...
i see your point but then again its also not that hard to understand. if trinity pipes made great power on a 4mm motor youd see big time guys runnin them..i guarantee at some point in time someone dynoed some trinity vs cpi or shearer and found that trinity pipes couldnt even come close. that would be my reasoning for not runnin them. how many guys you hear of runnin trinity pipes on their 4mm drag motors??
stock is 25..next is 27.5 and on up...if the actual jet itself is longer then i wouldnt use it, id rather run what i know is right even tho the long one may work fine. does it have the jet size on the jet?? the jets should be the same length..
pm "rocketpig" here on the site. i tried to get ahold of trinity all day one day with no answer. pmed rocketpig and he got my phone number. within an hour they called me...id say get ahold of rocketpig first..
how is it more professional? when the cylinders are on you cant even tell if they are extenders or replacement studs. i had experience with tryin to get those factory short studs out. broke both of them off on both sides. we tried EVERYTHING to get them out and still broke them off..stud extenders are the way to go...ive had them on mine now for 6 months with no problems..guess im just not a professional huh??
