i thought the point of riding boots was to limit mobility of your ankle and foot to keep it from getting hurt. i have alpinestar tech 6's and they are really broke in and flex well but still keep my ankles in place. what kind of mobility do you need as long as you can shift and brake??
i wouldnt bother with the boost bottle. they dont do anything and they just clutter up the engine area even more. just stick with your stock crossover tube.
was porting changed to accept the crank? whats your setup? spacer, no spacer? what pistons? generally 4mm strokers require more fuel but we need a little more info...
i would tighten it up more. 22 foot pounds right?? ive torqued to that before and had leaking. then i just went ahead and hand tightened it down some more and it stopped. thats happened on 2 different heads. if tightening isnt the problem you couldve pinched the o ring that goes around that stud. the depth that stud went down is not an issue...
you have something pressurizing your cases where your clutch and gears are. ive had it happen. youre sure your seals all seated correctly? you make sure your yamabond was on good between the gears and the crankcase? how bad is it leaking out? dripping or flowing? how muchoil do u have in your cases??
no need to bore if you dont have to. power gains will be minimal and youll never notice them. porting, pipes, and carbs is where your power will come from.
looks like you hit something hard with that tire. i know ive bent the fuck outta tie rods and broke ends before just by hittin something with the tire...

hmm id have to disagree here..everytime i have ever had cylinders bored they wanted the pistons. when i got the cylinders back they were marked with a 1 and 2 so id get the pistons in the right hole. a couple of these times were from reputable builders also...take it for what its worth. i guess if they werent marked then go ahead...
i would go with cubs or cheetah motor. has anyone ever felt the weight of the pistons the t rex cylinders run?? those bitches are heavy as hell...i think the t rex prolly take more to get them to run well as opposed to cubs are cheetahs which take very little to get them screamin...
