ok so what size pilots do u have in it? the smallest ones u can find doesnt help us to help you. we need to know pilot and main jet size before anyone can help you...

i dont care what u say, its the chain jumpin teeth on the sprocket...

check your sprocket condition. that popping can happen when your suspension is compressed on a hard take off. whats happening is your chain is jumping teeth on the sprocket. if your chain is a little too loose and the sprocket work its very possible for the chain to jump teeth.

why dont you ask jeff?? i can tell you right now that jeff will recommend no smaller than dual 33mm keihin pwk for his motor. he would prolly be more inclined to tell you 35mm. a single carb on that motor will hinder performance and i can assure you jeff would NEVER tell anyone to run a single carb on his motors. i say go with at least 33mm and possibly 35mm..

the bottle is not mandatory to keep your radiator full to the top. i cant remember the last time i put collant in mine, and its still full clear to the top, with no coolant bottle. if you run the overflow to the ground, itll never over flow on your pipes anyway. i even took the one off my 450 which got rode hard as fuck everyday, for many hours and i never had to refill the radiator. those bottles are pointless.

bike is running much better now. i had a bad coil on it and didnt even realize it was killin performance. new coil now and it revs out cleaner and runs better. hes just got a 4mm cub motor with duneable override...i say fuck buildin motors, ima just start sprayin them.. :biggrin:

id skip the 28s and go with keihin 33mm pwk...
