haha excellent way to get help here buddy...keep in mind, i know how to jet my bike and make it run like its supposed to, unlike you. so you should chill out some and maybe listen to what people have to say. if u wanna sell your cylinders and your setup go ahead. have another builder do something for you. then, when they dont set it up to real world conditions just perfectly or it gets cold out and you have to jet up a little you can blame them again and get a new setup...sounds good huh...

thats not the right fix for this. there is a reason that its not burning off. either his gas/ oil ratio is way rich, jetting is too rich or he could even have a weak spark thats not burning it all off. my bikes have never leaked any oil from the pipes. and when i pull mine off there is not a bunch of "runny, black, nasty crap" in there. FOX, do yourself a favor and figure out whats wrong with your bike. sounds to me like its not running anywhere neat its potential if youre blowin out a bunch of oil...whats your mixture and what do your plugs look like?

what ratio are you mixing your gas and oil? what do your plugs look like as well??

are all of you blind? if you read thru the gen disc forum do you see anymore of his threads?? no, they are ALL gone. i made a little comment on here yesterday about him and i think that may have done the trick. so lets just drop it about night, and whatever names he went by...oh there are a couple thread on page 2, but the very recent new ones with new names are gone. page 1 is free and clear of that dumbass.

you cant jet a bike sittin in a shop. it needs to be run in the real world. go and and do some plug tests and change your jetting. it doesnt need his pipes to run right, thats non sense..

well you gave the answer yourself. you mean youre willing to just toss all this stuff because you cant jet? if your plugs are black then its way too rich, you need to be cardboard colored.. go down a few sizes on the main and see what happens. you are blaming a builder for this but you need to get it jetted right. take a minute and at least get your plugs looking like they should before you start talkin shit on a builder.

tusk tie rod ends from rockymountainatv.com. they run about 22 bcks for an inner and outer. so for all four you need would be about 45 bucks. stock ones run like 40 bucks a piece or some crazy shit.

what do we think about what? if ur asking if those jetting specs are right, how would we know? you need to do a plug check and see how your plugs look for the main jet and does it idle with that pilot? how does it run?

theres all kinds of shit you dont need. if you have a clymer manual you can get rid of all wires you dont need. its really not that hard. here is what i just did to mine...TORS is junk and isnt gonna help you any. all it is are some ground wires that kill the engine if the throttle gets stuck, which doesnt really even work. went from this... to this...

yea swingarm is heavy but it needs to be. i bent 2 chromoly ones that werent gussetted like the ones i build. i can run with no lights, but im not runnin with a bent ass swingarm..dont need lights to run in the daytime anyway..oh well, theyll look blingin on your bike..

ive always used studded tires. they have always worked best for me. how deep ofsnow do you ride in? i use them in anything from a couple inches to 8 inches deep and they hook pretty hard...
