  5. so what exactly do you want? you have a 4mm cub now or a stock cyl motor? the 7mm really isnt gonna be worth doing, and i think youre going to be disappointed with all the time and money you put into a 7mm stock cyl when it doesnt run that much better than your 4mm bike. its your money in the end, we are just tryin to keep you from wasting your hard earned money..
  6. in that case then, if you dont wanna run cub cylinders, i would stick with a 4mm motor. the gains youll see from going to 7mm arent gonna be worth the extra hassle and money in my opinion. the 4mm motors can make great power and setup properly will run right along with 7mm motors anyway.

  8. in most cases yes, i agree that quality does count. in this case it doesnt. even the best chains out there can break due to freak shit like a rock or something hitting them. the billet ones most def will break the cases the same as a chain, maybe worse. plastic is the best way to go in this situation.

  10. bull shit. quality of chain has nothing to do with this. ive had high dollar d.i.d. chains come apart.. ive also broken front sprockets. anything can happen. you could get a fucking twig stuck in there that could cause a problem. a billet case saver can and will break your case just as easily as the chain will. plastic is the only way to go.

  13. anyone actually think youll really even notice any gains from this? i have no reason to believe that modifying stock cages makes a significant power increase. maybe someone has some charts, but i really doubt you will gain much if anything from this mod.
  14. unless you already have a 7mm crank, go with a 10mm.. its the same money and more power.
  15. you could always try using some rubber boots from a hardware store to close up a gap.. you can usually find a ton of different sizes in the plumbing section.. most come with clamps even.
  16. go with plastic. billet ones can bend and still fuck up your cases.
  17. i wouldnt run those.. try some sandstars if you want a dune tire that you can turn easily with.

  22. i wouldnt trust it, but thats me.. do you have a local machine or welding shop that could weld it up for you? that would be the ideal fix.
