  1. there should be two rollers stock, one on top and one on bottom.. i dont think i run the top one anymore, but probably should. it helps to keep your chain tight when the rear shock is compressed, like when landing off a jump.
  2. i always used pipe wrenched. that way i didnt have to worry about having a 50mm wrench laying around.
  3. id hit up one of the builders here.. they should all be able to get you prices. fast m&m herr
  4. clymers manual works wonders.. heres my setup. no lights or any bs. i added a plug for my pro design kill switch..
  5. i wouldnt recommend doing that. i have a set of those tires cut, and while they work well for straight line, they dont provide enough sideways bite to keep them from washing out. bad thing about the kenda tires is that the lugs are pretty stiff. i dont like them for normal riding, but cutting them works well for straight line dragging and hillclimbing. what PSI do you run them at? 3 or 4 would be best im sure. you would be better off running a different set of tires than cutting those for all around riding.
  6. you really need at least a +2 arm. otherwise the ride height is really high and the shocks will be really stiff.
  7. "fuck the site sponsors" says the guy who isnt a premium member and contributes little to nothing to this site.. never has and never will. the only claim to fame this clown has is a shitty fight in the middle of the woods thats on youtube. thats it. he ranks right up there with gregrob and bigred.
  8. as far as i know, all cheetah and cheetah cub cylinders have to go through trinity. i think this was started way back when CP Ind started making the cylinders.. i think basically everyone has to get their CP shit from trinity..
  9. was this after a WOT run? 360 is a pretty big jet. sounds like you need to lean down some.
  10. ive tried breaking them down before. its a bitch for sure. i just take mine somewhere if i need them off.
  11. no, im saying a good rider is making a shitty motor look fast.. i could make a shitty motor look fast, but since i have a good motor its easy work.
  12. pull your clutch cover off. its more than likely in that area.
  13. check the kicker area. look over the idler gear. make sure its not hitting on anything and that your clip is still on. make sure your kicker gear is in there right or it could come out and not go back all the way once the bike is running.
  14. youre fucking right its the rider. you think that guy cant go out there and win on some backyard builders motor? i think he can.
  15. can they do both? i think a two color seat would be sick.
  16. it takes decades huh??
  17. buy the rims and have them PCed.
  18. so what width are you looking for exactly? you want either a 10" or 11" width on a 9" rim? am i reading that correctly?
  19. youd rather use trinity, duncan and alba than one of the site sponsors who keep this site running, seeing as how you arent contributing any? those clowns up there have shit service and are filled with retards running the phones. ill take my "back yard" shop any day over the "big time" guys you mentioned there.
  20. absolutely. if youre running 1 PSI in one side and 2 in the other, it will most definitely make a difference coming off the line. the bike will want to pull in the direction opposite of the tire with the lower PSI.
  21. i dont torque mine either. the one time i did, the fuckin thing leaked. i havent torqued a head since 2001. i must have an amazing internal torquer then, because ive NEVER torqued anything on the clutch and havent on the head for many years. ive never had an issue.
  22. yea, thats a good idea. i do usually check mine, i just didnt state it there.
  23. how so? im not saying they are wrong..im just saying that it is not necessary and its not going to increase or decrease the life of your motor. break in should be a simple process, not something that takes hours upon hours. a couple heat cycles followed with an easy ride is sufficient for any type of atv motor.
  24. the red labels will be heavier, but if youre not drag racing you wont notice. they are beefy as hell. one of the strongest wheels you can get besides going to a beadlock. i run black labels on my bike and they hold up well.
