  1. rear shocks are a dime a dozen. i would stick with a banshee shock, not a r6 shock.
  2. you ever consider getting rid of the 10" rims and going with a 9" rim? there are more tire options using a 9" wheel.
  3. am i considered a drag guy since mines set up that way???
  4. peace out.
  5. fuck the government. the government is supposed to work for the people, not the other way around. its unfortunate, but its not too far off that the government will control every aspect of your daily life. taking over banks, dipping their hands into the private business sector, enforcing bullshit law.. its coming. hope everyone is prepared. i know i am.. been stocking up on ammo for a while.
  6. thats funny, considering your explanation was nothing like this.. well done. for what? fuck utleybanshee..
  7. dude, no shit? you even got free stickers? im for sure ordering something from him now..
  8. ive heard a lot of good things about that jeff dude.. i might see if he has any free stickers he wants to send me..

  10. "poped?" really jamey?? POPPED!!!!!
  11. i agree 100%
  12. you can try it. surely cant hurt. i still doubt they will work as well as the tires in the link i sent you..
  13. welcome to HQ.. whyd you wait so long??
  14. i think the clutch cable should be replaced every 2 years at most. you cant see whats going on inside that thing.
  15. dave, wont a head, stock or aftermarket flex that much when tightening? what im saying is, even if you were to torque your shit right at torque spec, would it be accurate enough to be within .01" or whatever? also, doesnt that clymer manual suggest using a straight edge to check it? is a straight edge really straight enough to find a number that small? would .01 make any real difference anyway? i dont torque anything. never have, never will..
  16. that would be the same boat im in. i havent even ever really thought about insurance for mine. i figured it would be sky high to insure it for what i have in it.
  17. your good friend is a complete moron.
  18. really? thats the same thing thats holding my clutch arm in place..
  19. clutch springs and or cable.
  20. 1-5 right?? use this gearing chart. http://home.earthlink.net/~gellett/banshee.htm figure out what you were running when taking off in second.. then match up the gearing so that youre getting about the same speed out of first.
  21. i dont think you need to worry about backloading your duneable. ive been pretty fuckin hard on mine over the last 4 years and its good to go. its awesome being able to shift under full power huh?
  22. told ya so!! good deal man.
  23. the clymer manual eh? ive got one. havent opened it in 5 years. havent had a stock head since before then. just because the clymer says it could happen, doesnt mean it will frequently. you act as if the head warping is a common occurrence that happens every 20 YEARS..
  24. i understand that. thats fine. i dont use a torque wrench. havent for along time. no problems to speak of. youve got proof of this? i would like to see. so youre saying, that if i dont torque my head, it could take 20 years for it to warp enough for me to notice?? have you researched this? ive never heard of a head warping. no, your shit doesnt make sense.
