  1. first off, i dont run kenda klaws.. im not sure where you got that info. kenda knarlys, the tires i run, are 6 ply. irazrs might be alright for woods and what not, but straight line dragging on dirt, they will not hook as hard as properly setup cut knarlys. just isnt going to happen. irazrs wear very quickly if you do any type of road riding. i dont even know why we are discussing tires in the trails, sand, gravel etc.. the name of this post is, "what is the best hooking tire?" cut kenda knarly end of thread...
  2. while i did used to run fast trekkers, i think there are better options out there. they are a little undersized for a banshee. fast trekkers were some of the slowest wearing tires ive ever run. they just didnt get torn up. how much air do you have in those fuckin tires? they look pretty ballooned up to me. i run anywhere from 1/2 to 1 pound of air in mine. i guarantee you, my cut knarlys will flat out hook harder than any other tire out there. its no wonder you couldnt get a tire to hook with as much air as youre running in them. there are 20" tires that hook. ive listed them before. ive done tons of testing with many different tires. i use a course blade sawzall first, then i have a hot blade sticker remover to clean them up. 20". i get mine from rmatv as a package deal with douglas .160 rims. there is no harder hooking tire in the dirt. junk?
  3. those things might have their time and place, but this application isnt it. there is no reason to be running those tires anywhere except for those coal hills, if thats what works best.
  4. so youre saying you prefer the girl do it, but you would settle for a guy?
  5. yes, ive had razr2's.. like a lot of misinformed people i used to think they were the heat.. i bought them after i realized razrs sucked.. then shortly after i thought i would try irazr because they were the latest and greatest.. well, they are by far the worst junk fucking tires ive ever run.. besides, the original posters main questions was, "what are the best hooking tires?" for his specific application, which is dirt and dragging. razr arent even close to the top of that list.. it goes: 1. cut knarlys 2. ohtsus 3. yfz450 tires 4. everything else
  6. sorry, you left it wide open. it was too easy.
  7. you dont need the cushion rings. toss them in the trash. should be 7 fibers and 6 steels. start with a fiber, then steel, then fiber.
  8. biscuit? thats gay dude. its a piece of bread. can be white or wheat.
  9. yes, they do. when i lived with my dad i ran them on paved roads all the time. thats how i got to my riding spot. they last. get the fuck over it. when youve run as many tires as i have you can talk to me. until then, shut up.
  10. razrs, razr 2, irazrs are all junk. overpriced, heavy and wear too quickly. the best tires for the money are stock yfz450 tires and these i currently run 450 tires and the ohtsus will be my next tire. both are durable, hook well and are reasonably priced. as far as dirt and grass dragging, cut knarlys are the best tire.
  11. ive never lost at soggy bread.. im good at everything i do, soggy bread is no exception.
  12. nah, i love stupid bitches..
  13. i also wanted to add that Ziklag is a model poster for spelling, grammar and punctuation. i can tell that i am going to like him a lot.
  14. i would never run wheel spacers..
  15. c. little boys dont have boobs..
  16. ive had my duneable 2-4 for 3 years now. never an issue. ive upshifted and downshifted mine with no clutch at high speeds. if properly built, i dont know they they would cause wear and tear. at the time i got mine, they were still fairly new, which is why mine is only 2-4. i wish it was 2-5, but at the hillclimbs i usually dont get out of 2nd, and will sometimes hit 3rd.
  17. sounds like a waste of fuckin time to me.
  18. fuck the police.
  19. sup dogg.. welcome to HQ.
  20. i thought you only rode honda 450's!!!! ahhahaa :yelrotflmao:
  21. pancake bearing prolly needs adjusted. those arrows on the clutch lever dont have to line up. mine arent dead on.
  22. i believe this is true.. its so that if the park brake is on, the bike wont rev out. it can be unhooked and done away with. its junk.
