  1. haha thanks. all shirts went out today..
  2. why? i personally race against a 10mm supercub all the time and it consistently gets beat by my 10mm cub and my brothers 4mm cub. its not all about cc's anyway. if that was the case then no one would bother build anything smaller than a 500cc motor, but we always see smaller motors beating on big ones. im not sure what the cost difference is between the cub and supercub, but i cant see how it could be worth it.
  3. alf44 can get them from rmatv...
  4. i cant help you on the petcock ordeal, but the other wire for your kill switch goes to the coil. splice it into the orange wire. the coil is what your spark plug boots are attached to.
  5. what kind of riding do you do? that will determine what kind of set up you need. also, how much do you want to spend? you can have all the power in the world for the right price.
  6. was it spot on at 155? if so, i would try 160 or 162 to be safe. that should be about right.
  7. i concur with all posts.
  8. i dont know what it will take to get the website address down the sleeve. at this point if im moving on with another design, i doubt i will do anything down the sleeve.
  9. id say no smaller than the 30's. you will probably build a 4mm motor sooner than you think. if you have the carbs now, thats just one less expense later..
  10. yea ive heard of the t-3 pipes being cut for sure. i was just curious as to how youd physically move the pipe far enough to actually notice.
  11. i wouldnt bother going from the stock 26mm to 28mm. i would go with the keihin 33mm pwk. that way if you ever decide to build a 4mm motor, you can use them for it. i think the 33's would compliment your mods well and would really shine with a 4mm set up.
  12. what pipes are you talking about? and what pipe will be totally out of the way of your leg by only cutting an inch out of them? cutting an inch out of the belly of a pipe might make a big difference performance wise, but physically its going to be barely noticeable.
  13. of those two i would keep and run the PWK. i think if i had both sets, i would sell them both and buy a regular set of 35mm keihin pwk carbs. seems like i always hear that the airstrikers are a pain to jet. i think it has something to do with the addtional vent.
  14. ive been running D.I.D chains for years and they have been great. i run the D.I.D atv chain from rockymountainatv.com. ive run them on stock to 10mm cub motors with no issues.
  15. damn chad, hope he gets better.. let him know the HQ is pullin for him.
  16. 9mm? mossberg 500 would be a lot more effective... and fun.
  17. could be. i always assumed NOSS made the heads for modquad. maybe its the other way around. they are identical is all i know.
  18. i am considering doing another run of sponsor shirts before i do the new hq design. anyone interested in long sleeve t shirts? id like to have some of the sponsor stuff on hand and i could easily do a t shirt, long sleeve and hoodie order for that.. lemme know!
  19. NOSS makes the modquad heads, so you need to get in contact with "dlnoss" here on HQ. he will get you set up with the right domes for your setup.
  20. going quick guys.. if you want one you better snag it. after these are gone, itll be a month or so before i have anything new..
