Thanks! Thats what I was thinking also, but Im repairing this for someone is this is the way he wants to go, so...... The sleeves are very thick though. Thinking they will go all the way to 72mm, and yes there is a good deal of money into the jugs already. Appears this poor guy purchased a kit including: Coolhead, pipes, big bore kit, 34mm pwk's, V force intake, intake boots and spacers, and a nice MX port job. Its all beautiful except "Someone put the pistons in backwards"!

The sleeves are currently 67.96mm(athena bigbore kit). The problem is the right cylinder is scared and looks like its not gonna clear up at 69mm. I'll try to figure out how to add pics.

Hello Guys! Im in need of a pair of big bore domes larger then the standard 66mm to 69mm. Maybe 70mm to 72mm. Not even sure if they make them that big to fit ProDesign heads......

Noss does state that their small bore domes work up to 66 mm, compared to others 65.5 though. So Noss it is. Thanks for all the info gents.

I Should have stated, largest small bore. Im still running stock sleeves and Max bore is 66.50 with stock sleeves, so will my modquad domes still work or will i have to put my stock head back on?

Hey guys; im at 65.25 bore and have modquad heads. Need to go bigger to clean up some damage but all the domes I see are listed as up to 65.5. Whats needed to run coolheads/pro design/modquad up to 66 or 66.5 bores? Thanks for your help. CJ

lol...The vacuum may work but your mixture will be off. It will smoke like crazy once you get it started and might foul the plugs also. Good luck!
