if youre planning on motor work, i would call a builder and ask them your questions. we can answer them, but youre going to get a lot of right answers based on everyones own experiences. a builder will tell you what he thinks will be best for your riding needs. i know that kevin @ herr jugs is a super nice guy and can answer anything you need to know. i always recommend calling around and seeing who fits your budget and style. all of the HQ sponsors are super good people and will always take time to help customers.

yo man, welcome to HQ here is a little piece of advice...PLAN AHEAD. if you think you will want to go bigger down the road, buy the right parts now. that way, over time youll have acquired all the parts you need for a bigger motor without having to sell things you no longer need. anything is possible with the banshee. do your research and dont be afraid to ask questions.

decent card.. here is what i think randy/coleman - potentially randy holds coleman all night, but i think coleman could catch randy with a big hit and then finish the fight after. otherwise, i say randy by decision. i think randys cardio is prolly better but if coleman has stepped it up some, theres a chance he could take this thing home. marquardt/faggot - nate by murder. sonnen doesnt even deserve to be fighting nate. nate is on top of his game right now and will win by tko in the 2nd. maia/miller - maia/sub/rd 2 serra/trigg - possible tko for serra. serra doesnt really suck, but isnt the best. i think trigg is too far gone from the game. if serra doesnt tko him by the end of the first, i say it goes to a decision for serra. swick/thiago - i think swick avoids any big bombs from thiago and wins with tko in the 2nd.

so you think you ran it with no oil in it? any idea what the compression was before? did you notice anything stuck to the plugs when you pulled them out? chances are you stuck a ring and it scored the cylinder and thats whats making the ticking noise now. so it wont idle now at all?

yes, its an option and a better one at that. the spacer plate is not a good set up. when you talk to jeff, tell him what you wanna do and he will recommend the domes for you. the domes are not special really.. they are readily available to anyone at any time.

jeff is a stand up guy for sure.. one thing though, why are you going with a spacer plate? im sure jeff would recommend cut domes instead.

im saying +6. its all gonna depend on your gearing and how you get off the line, but id say youre gonna hook pretty well and i think with a +4 its gonna be hard to keep the front down.

i liked my rockets a lot. i would recommend them for any motor up to and including a 421 cub.

i guess i am not understanding the issue.. try to be very detailed about what is going. when youre standing next to the bike, do you have the clutch pulled in when you shift it into gear? are you saying that youre holding the clutch in, shifting it into gear and the bike is rolling forward when you are NOT on it? then, when you are sitting on the bike, when you pull in the clutch, shift it into gear, the bike does not roll?

ive got stainless lines with clamps on the a -arms.. no rubbing and no moving.

ive got +2/+1 arms on my banshee and ive been running elka shocks for a long time now. i recommend them to anyone. they are pretty expensive when brand new. if you can find a used set in good condition for 5-600, i say jump on them. brand new will run you about 900 with rezzies. you could always go with a set of non-rezzies that will run you about 500 brand new.

i thought there was some case work that also needed done with the supercubs? also, i dont see why anyone would run the supercub when its been openly stated that the intakes are too small for them. to even get the full potential of the supercub it seems that a bigger intake is needed. anyone know for sure what the power difference is between the two and an actual cost difference?
