FAST built the motor. im pretty sure he called it a woods port. maybe it was more aggressive than that. 4mm setup. 19cc domes. 33mm pwk's. rocket pipes. boss intake. k&n pods. these cases. that motor would pull some tall gearing. i remember my brother regularly running 17/41 gearing on that thing and launching in 2nd at the hillclimbs.

he didnt cut every other row out. he just put a groove down the middle of each row right on the lug.. but yes, cutting every other row of lugs out on a tire will improve traction.

killer deal here girls. prolly cost you 75-100 to have your cases ported and 50 in shipping round trip.. no downtime with these. get them and put your motor together.

those tires are junk. i dont see how putting that little groove in there is going to make any difference.

just take it easy. youll be fine. once its good to go, youre set. get the problem fixed and keep riding. theres nothing on this planet that doesnt need worked on every now and then. and if you think theres nothing to work on with a 4 stroke, youre dead wrong. theyre more complicated and expensive to work on.

i believe the harnesses are different. im sure someone will be able to answer for sure soon like.

cases were originally matched for a 4mm stock cylinder woods port motor by FAST. that motor made 80 hp on a dyno in topeka and had tons of bottom end. these cases were then used for a 4mm cub motor that ran very hard. 4th place bike at the national hillclimb and 1st place district 23 in minnesota. beating out 10mm cubs, 4mm dm's and 750 triples. cases are a little dirty but i will clean them up before shipping. these will work great for just about any 4mm motor out there. if you want pictures of the outside, shoot me a PM with an email address. $210 shipped

maybe you better ask kevin. ive never seen a pancake stick out that far. maybe thats just how his are. doesnt look like you have the nut screwed on very far either.

did you slide the adjuster in from the inside? meaning, you didnt just slide it through from the outside did you? thats kinda what it looks like. do you have another view?

go with the +4. you will get used to it very quickly. ive got a +6 that i can whip around like its stock.

thats a weird needle number. usually the keihin needles are three letters like CEL or DGK. i have no idea about that needle. id go ahead and jet it to what you think is supposed to be right and see how it runs. id prolly start at 162 main, 48 pilot and needle in the middle.

start with 320 main and work from there. 27.5 pilot for sure. air screw .5-2 turns out depending on throttle response. this will need to be set once the main is correct. needle in the middle position.

whats your setup? whats your jetting? need more info...temp, elevation, intake, pipes, porting?

the most common dirt tire size is a 20x11x9 or a 20x10x9. thats height x width x rim size.. banshees come with a 9" rim standard. i prefer a 20" tire, but if you ride a lot of trails a 22" tire may not be so bad for the ground clearance. you may have to adjust your gearing some to compensate for the bigger tire size.

i need a set too. im gonna put one side on each of my mowers..
