  1. I believe it’s 104 links. 14-41 sprockets.
  2. Buy a lowering linkage if you don’t want to replace the shock.
  3. Compress the shock. Slide bolt in. Quit being a Nancy.
  4. Screw the pre-load nuts all the way up. It’ll go.
  5. I’d just run it until it breaks down. Then upgrade everything.
  6. Trinity is now McDermott. You might try them. https://www.mcdermottracing.com/banshee
  7. You can get a complete setup from Driveline. https://drivelineperformance.com/
  8. Hillclimb/drag. It’d be pretty rough for trails I’d think.
  9. It’s been done lots of times.
  10. It’ll be fine. I’ve done them to 22 before and had them leak. I haven’t torqued one in years. Just snug it down by hand.
  11. Sell that junk and buy a Cub or DM.
  12. You can toss the reservoir and run the overflow to the ground. That’s what most people do.
  13. That’s not even close. Start with 165/50.
  14. If they really are Keihin carbs, you should be somewhere around 165 main and 50 pilot. Those numbers (210/32) before don't even make sense really.
  15. Does the bike start and idle fine? Rev out clean when just sitting there? If so, it is very possible your CDI is fucked. I have seen them on more that one occasion cause this type of issue.
  16. Also, just FYI.. Those are Mikuni jetting numbers. Keihin is 45, 48, 50 pilot.. 155, 158, 160 main.. I assume you have OEM Mikuni on it?
  17. You really need to get the bike warm enough to get color on the plugs. I would also start at 300 main and 27.5 pilot. Get it into 4-5th gear if possible. Get it good and warm. You want the plug strap to be cardboard colored.
  18. The only other thing that I can think of is the CDI. I have seen several CDI that will allow the bike to start and rev clean but fall off under a load. Since you’re just starting to get moving in 2nd and 3rd I can see this being a possibility.
  19. Have you checked your reeds? Timing key in place?
  20. Does the bike start easily? Does it rev out clean in neutral?
  21. Start with 165 main and 50 pilot. That should get you close. Then fine tune from there.
  22. Heard nothing but good things about that stuff.
