Banshee 04 cherry

Does anyone know if it's okay to torque my Banshee cool head to 25 lbs? I know it's supposed to be 20 lbs max but unfortunately my torque wrench is 25 minimum. It's a stick head btw ... thanks in advance

I'm replacing my head gasket and have heard some put gasket sealer or a bit of grease on the gasket , or is it best to put it on dry?
