Any national forest is Federally run,not sure about the BLM.I know that the BLM is is Federal authority,but it appears that the individual states are given control to oversee distribution of funds,implementing regulations and upholding laws.As for who or what governs the Imperial sand dunes,I couldn't tell ya,I live in Ohio.Most of the information I have encountered on the Imperial sand dunes point back to the state of California

What country have you been living in?We already have restrictions on sound levels and the coffin has already been built for 2 strokes. Individual states control public riding areas,not the federal goverment,UNLESS the riding area is federally funded and operated.Your best bet is to see what Governers are for APV trails and which are against them.The people who govern your state actually have the authority to change atv restrictions. Thats why every state differs in ATV laws,restriction and regulation.

That only applies to car/trucks that are used on highways,it does not necessarily apply to off-highway vehicles.It is said radials will not track well when mixed with bias/ply tires.Each tire handles road conditions differently.Atv's see very little road use and the tv tire is not designed for road use anyways.I wouldn't worry too much about it.

The best color combo by far is the Purple/Yellow with yellow wheels.Only a Banshee could dawn those colors and still be respected in the ATV world.Most people recognize purple as a feminine color and yellow,a color of cowerdice,but a Banshee can easily prove those theorys wrong.

I'm lookin for a place that might carry the mainshaft bearing that is directly behind the clutch basket.Does anybody carry these things other than a dealership?I noticed a growling sound coming from in there,I went to install a billet impeller and found no bear hiding in there,but I did find a very worn out bearing. Dealership said 10 days,I sort of need this asap.If anyone knows where to find one,please let me know. Thanks

As much as I would like to argue your points,I can't.You both made good points about how our goverment is not what we percieve it to be,which brings me to my next question...Why vote for Bush? Obviously he will make no attempts to alleviate some of the major issues we face "inside" the united states.Should I just say f*ck it and not vote at all?There has to be some reason that I'll waste 20 minutes of my time going to the polls in November? If the voting for a potential candidate will offer me no benefit,why should I waste my time to help them achieve their goal?There obviously will be nothing in it for me. My main concern is NOT homeland security or peace for the people of Iraq,but I should cast my vote for Bush anyways?IMO terrorism will always exist because its so easy.Its a cheap shot and anyone who's actually taken a cheap shot before knows there wasn't enough time to react to it.We have bigger domestic issues,Bush has no plan for them and Kerrys plans will not work.So why should I vote if the issues I most care about will be overlooked for 4 more years. I would say a captain always goes down with his ship,but with my luck my boat would sink next time I go out on a cocktail cruise. I am not dependant on the Govt.,but as americans we are lead to believe that they are there for our benefit,Why vote?why have politicians?why have a democratic goverment.Why do millions and millions of americans vote in elections when it doesn't make a difference.Why do they waste our hard earned tax money on putting these people in office and paying there salaries? Many people can "make it" with small business,but you still need the consumers.If the consumers don't posses the capital to purchase your service,then how can you survive as a small business. The KTMs kill the Honda in every aspect of style,comfort,design and technology.I loved my Honda,but I wasn't afraid to admit KTM had a better product.I was proud,but not stupid.
