I have the same problem with my carbs. the drain at the bottom dosent seal very well. Take the bowl off and clean the, try to find some small o-rings. As far as the hesitation i would more the needle clip down to the 3rd from the top and bump the pilots to 27.5. I just had a simalar problem with mine after porting.

I use the PJ1 on my T5s. You can find other colours at summit racing. They even have a clear hi temp paint. If it were me i would try to get chrome pipes, striping that baked on paint is a pain in the ass when you do it once a year. I kick myself in the ass all the time for buying raw pipes!

Me to. Got to love the Colt Anaconda .44 mag with 8 in ventalated barrel! The Colts a pretty rare around here. I was told by the arms dealer that i use that Colt went back to strictly milatary. Is that true?

I rerouted mine to dump out with the carb overflow line at the swing arm mount. Do not leak on the pipes any more, and can still use the bottle.

Get a Prodesign or Noss adapter plate with a k&N filter if you dont already. Stock filter system suck ass!!

less top speed also = more torqe?

This week end i finally had a chance to ride with my new ported motor. It has alot more power up top. But im having a mid range problem. If im riding i 3rd gear 1/2--3/4 throttle in the powerband it runs sweet, it you let the revs down just enough to loose the band and hit the gas to bring it back up it bogs. If you pull the clutch and rev and dump the clutch it will scream back into the pipe. Plugs look like a dark redish brown. Builder said that i should adjust the needle, any suggestions? Also, a gearing question. a bigger front sprocket will spin the tires faster but you will have less top speed, Is this right. Or do i have i backwards. And the back would be reverse, small spins faster but less top speed?

I just bought a 98 powder special le efi. I am having some problems with it. Does anyone have any experiance with the efi systems? Or do you know of any place like the HQ that is for snow mobiles? Any help with be greatly apreciated. Sand Rocket

i feel you pain, I recently paid 10.95ea for some 27.5 pilots for my stock carbs, from a local stealership.

all i want is the front with a grill? Is there any other dealers for fullbore plastics.

I did a search and didnt find what i was looking for. Any ways were can i get a front fullbore plastic other than from fullbore? Any other place to get them that will cost less than 310 bones?

I have black t5 on my shee and i kick my self in the ass all the time for not getting chrome in the first place. Just somthing you may want to think about before you get some that need to be repainted once or twice a year to keep looking decent. Just my 2 cents.
