Thank you thank you Miami@atv It was that clicky thing at the thotle. I cut that out of the system and Vavum...IT'S ALIVE AGAIN, ALIVE, ALIVE AGAIN.......JUST RAN DOWN THE STREET WOT...IT WAS GREAT....THANKS TO EVERONE....
The parking brake and everything associated with the TORS has been diconnect or removed completly. I thought if all that was removed or disconnected that should have done it. Is there anything else that I might be missing???
I have a 97 Banshee. It will idle fine but when I hit the throttle it acts like the TORS are kicking in. I have it disconnected it. Put new coil, stator in and still acts like the TORS are kicking in just like when the parking brake is on.everthing is disconnected. What do I look at next?????
If my stator got wet and corroted is it possible to loose spark. I pulled cover off and water came out it also has some corrorsion. I am not getting spark after reving it up from idle. Cleaned it up really good but no luck. Do I need a new stator? Is it that obvious? Just want to make sure I spend the Money for the right part.
I have a stage IV kit, new plugs, ect. I was wondering if any type of corrosion will damper performance of stator. I got water in that area. Cleaned it up real good but no fix...
Well, I think my stator has craped out. At idle speed runs ok. When I give it gas one side has weak spark(right). The TORS has been removed for some time. Help me plz.
Sorry I stand to be corrected. The stock reeds will work...If you have after markets like boysens...They will not work, trust me I found out afterwards
I just put that stage IV kit on... It is great no more try to keep 2 carbs intime.. Trinty has a very nice kit, but you have to get the V Force reeds to work with it. I found this out after the fact and they didn't tell me this when I ordered them.....god luck...
