Don't know why you're mad at me but if you want to order me a new arm I'll take it. I never said you hid any damage in the pictures, I didn't look that close as the arm was already sold and now the Facebook listing is deleted. I assumed the repair could be seen in the pictures because I do recall the link went to a couple pictures that were much larger. In regards to the length, I've measured stock arms very recently to order a new stock length and +2 for my bikes. A stock arm is ~18.75" center to center. Best I can tell from pictures yours is a -3 to -3.5". Like I said, maybe you didn't know which is why I suggested he contact you. I don't know either one of you and don't have a dog in the fight.

Nm, I googled it and see Roll Design have that there. Don't know that I've ever seen a Roll swingarm up close.

Is that supposed to be there? Never seen that before, thought it maybe hit something. I would at least message the guy and tell him it was a -1 before someone cut 4" out to repair it. Maybe he will make it right.

Were you able to find jjh needles on RMATV? I recently ordered some through Jetsrus because I couldn't find them on RM. I forgot how much paying for shipping sucks!

I second Tony's answer. One of my bikes is a stock stroke dune ported with the rest of the mods the same as yours on 28 PWKs. I settled on 48 pilot, 152 main and jjh middle clip. I bought pretty much the exact range of jets that were suggested. Jetsrus is a good source also, I've bought tons of jets from them in the past.

That will tell you what rates you have but a very small error in dimensions will change the stiffness quite a bit. Really just a tool to get you in the ballpark of your current stiffness, not an exact number. You need a compression tester to get the exact number. This also doesn't help you determine the rates you need. Racetech calculator will get you close on the rear. I would think Fireball would be able to get you close on the fronts. If you need to change springs on the fronts better bust out the piggy bank. Each spring will cost $60-$120 in my experience so if you have 6 springs you're better off selling the shocks and buying ones setup for you already IMO. Rear shock with one or two springs is a little easier to stomach.

I've got the set shown below I'd be interested in trading. All oem. Front and rears in good condition with normal light scuffs. Tank and radiator covers I bought new a few months ago and have less than 2 hours of ride time on them, they are mint. Only catch is I'm in San Diego but that bike is stored in Turlock and I come up every month or two to visit. I also have another set of full race cut white fenders (front and rear) in good shape and a complete set of cut plastics from an 03 limited edition in good shape here in San Diego if those interest you.
