  1. Oregon coast would be good that time of year. Glamis is awesome, Dumont is good but both will be 110F that time of year. Pismo has been 95% shut down by the environmentalist and isn't worth the drive out of your way.
  2. I unfortunately don't have time right now to do a complete overhaul. I usually charge $200-$300 for an overhaul or $80 for a service. Just a hobby for me though so its based around my free time. Services only take 30 minutes but overhaul is the better part of a day for me. You should check out Jogaca for an overhaul, he does good work. I posted some before during and after pictures just because I like looking at them lol. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  3. I do. You just want the seals and oil changed or you looking for a complete overhaul?
  4. There is no such thing as a filter you don't have to oil. As others have said use foam if you ride dusty conditions. If the "puddles" are large enough to get the filters wet you really should stick with an airbox.
  5. If it revs high with little to no throttle that often means air leak. Air leak = time bomb. Search for leak down test on here and do a leak down before you run the bike anymore. Since you will have the carbs out anyways it is a perfect time to do one.
  6. The uncut stay in my hoarding pile, I appreciate the mention though.
  7. What are you waiting for? https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Voltric-Banshee-Hood-Plastic-Green-Made-in-America/162902658770?hash=item25edc14ed2:g:088AAOSw~c5ahKsw&vxp=mtr
  8. ^ This. Alba long travel arms are cheap and will be close to the shock length you're looking at (call for 17.5"). There is a lot more to shock setup then proper length though. You need to know about valving, spring rate, uncompressed and compressed length, otherwise there is a good chance you're just wasting your money.
  9. Have you seen the Roll Design ones HP2000 has? They are minty.
  10. I don't have any experience with those arms so can't answer your question directly but have had good luck calling American Star with dimensions and getting what I needed in the past. http://www.amstarmanufacturing.com/BallJoints.html
  11. I use Rapid Tac and has always worked well. Never tried it on OEM graphics but I'm sure you'll be fine. As far as the 3M 77 to keep down peeling graphics, I've tried and never had any success.
  12. Purple/Yellow sold, Black/Yellow pending Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  13. Sorry for the vauge descriptions. The black tank and rad cover is spray painted and the white front fender has two holes someone cut for switches. Plastics are otherwise in decent to good shape with normal wear and tear. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  14. Looks like they didn't specify. We assumed it was for the life of the arms, turns out it was for the life of the company...
  15. Purple/Yellow: $200 Black/Yellow: $200 White/Black: $125 $450 for all three. Buyer pays shipping and fees or picks up in San Diego. Will trade for nice aftermarket parts. Shipping likely in the neighborhood of $100. Please message me for more pictures or information. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  16. Tempting. Any idea what these are setup for or came off of? Can I ask what shocks you're going to run on the Fireball arms instead?
  17. It either had the vent tube and recently fell off or you were low on oil and recently changed your oil. If its full of oil and no vent tube it will dump oil every time you lift vertical.
  18. That's the case breather, will always dump oil when bike is vertical. There should be a hose attached to that nipple to keep crap out of the engine. Put a new hose on there then when you lift vertical move that hose higher than the back half of engine. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  19. Yeah my buddy talked to him and was going to buy it. Guy decided he didn't want to sell.
  20. The easiest way to post the highest quality pics is to download Tapatalk and post directly from your phone.
  21. If Gusto passes I'll take it, just let me know.
  22. I was for a while but ended up buying them new since no one wanted to part with a used set.
  23. That would be me. I saw the ad and figured I'd throw them out there. I have no plans on using them. Once I get some time to get them out of the attic along with 2-3 other sets I have no use for I was going to put them up for sale. They have been cut though and while in nice shape they are not mint.
