i'm from Perth wa..
I would start by getting a tors delete kit.
You are rich on your main to. i was at 300main 27.5pilot with your mods and was still bit rich.
Are your carb slides in correct carbs? half moon out?
tube in between carbs connected?
carb slides in right way? half moon facing out.
just re-read your post.. did you do complete tors delete? or disconnect wires from tors and left the units on there?
compression and timing will get you more low-mid..
Porting is the best bang for buck..
Just remember with these, "where you gain in one area you lose in another"
I wouldn't recommend it.. guy i ride with HAD a single 35, was very snappy and great throttle response but that was it.. now back to running dual carbs
There is absolutely no need for those large carbs on a stock motor..
Hell im running a 421 with stock carbs just fine. but when the funds allow it ill be going to 33's.
big single will be fine on a STOCK motor in woods and trails... they just can't feed it in open areas (dunes).
my guess would roughly be,
260-270 main
needle middle clip
27.5 pilot.
1 1/2 turns out on air screws.
make sure you do plug chops..
always start rich with jetting and work your way down
depends how much more hp is worth to ya?
Could always throw a 4mm crank in there and see if your cylinders can be re ported for the 4mm?
Also whats your suspension like? can always go faster with quality shocks and a-arms.
Just a thought
I received my LP driveline cylinders last week they look great! Just waiting for my crank and few other goodies from Jeff at fast and ill be slapping her together, can't wait!
Ayesully810 i will also be wait for your thread..
